Newport Beach Vacation Rental house

We rented the property for a week. The location was great, close to both the Balboa and Newport Piers, restaurants and stores, didn't miss a thing, the property was well equipped. Bikes made it so easy to get around. We would definitely like to come back.

Enjoyed 1 week with my family. Spacious, clean, fully stocked, fun rental property! Beach chairs, linens, bedding ample and in excellent condition. Upstairs "game room" more like a recreation center! Fabulous, updated and clean! Enjoyed hanging out on the balcony, people-watching, listening to the crashing waves, and watching the dolphins play. Rode bikes to Huntington Beach and in the opposite direction to the "Wedge". Fun, fun, fun! Short, easy walk to pier, shops and best donut shop in California! Ran out of propane the first night while BBQing but tank was replaced promptly the very next day. The kitchen is rather small compared to the rest of the house but adequately stocked (take parchment paper for baking). The sliding door to the balcony was difficult to open and close but not an issue because it was open most of the time. Two stories might prove difficult for elderly but my 84-year old mother managed fine! Julio was prompt in responding to questions, and very friendly and accommodating. Would go for a month if had the $s!!! Would be perfect to split between 3 couples. Great for families! Ihave already recommended to friends!
