Limited Single Couple special ($2000 per week) weeks available.

Located in the private gated beach side resort of Reserva Conchal, Costa Rica. Guests have full access to the Private Reserva Conchal Beach Club. The Private Villa is situated on the par5 #4 hole of the Robert Trent Jones II golf course and provides a private pool, king size beds with memory foam mattresses, private baths, and spectacular views of Reserva Conchal. Nearby beaches include Playa Conchal, and the world-class surfing in Playa Avallanas and Playa Grande. Guests may utilize our special rental program with Adobe Car Rental. Guests have full wireless internet access along with both free local and US Long Distance services. Additional information at www.villaaugustina-costarica.com Guests can choose a hybrid option ( bali style natural - open air living area) or ( Full-AC option). With either option, all guest suites have AC.

Private Beach Club Services: The magnificent 55,000 square-foot Reserva Conchal Beach Club features fine dining and casual restaurants, an 80-meter oceanfront swimming pool, a state-of the art fitness facility, separate children’s pool and recreational program, a full service spa, beauty salon, a 24-hour medical center and business center and a variety of activities such as jet skis, wakeboarding, kayaks, pedal boats, scooters, bicycles, fishing and diving trips.

Transportation Services: Adobe rental car provides a special rate for Villa Augustina customers. Renters can choose two options, a drive away option where the renter picks the car at the airport rental location or a car delivery option where the renter is transported to Reserva Conchal upon arrival at the LIR airport and the automobile is delivered the following day. Please request the automobile option when renting via our ground agent.

Renters may use transportation inside Reserva Conchal, please contact the Rental Office and request a Van. Transportation is provided 'within' Reserva Conchal. The service is included in the rental price.

Taxi's can be obtained by calling the Reserval Conchal Rental Office.

Private Chef Services: Private in house dining is available for a fee. Chef's from either Mari Sol or the Reserva Conchal Beach Club provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Informal breakfast and Lunch services may also be arranged. For formal dining, the chef's charge a minimum 3 hour rate + the cost of the meal from a variety of menu options. Please request these services via the concierge located at the Reserva Conchal Rental office or via the representatives from our ground agent.

PARADISE IN RESERVA CONCHAL..............

WE HAD THREE COUPLES STAY AT THIS BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY AT RESERVA CONCHAL IN COSTA RICA AND COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED!! THE OWNERS, CHRIS AND COLLEEN O'BRIEN MADE SURE IT WAS EVERYTHING THAT WAS PROMISED TO US AND MORE. THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL AND ACCOMMODATED OUR GROUP COMFORTABLY. THE EVENING SUNSETS OVER THE GOLF COURSE WERE SPECTACULAR AND THE BEACH CLUB WAS AN ASSET TO US AS WELL. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND "VILLA AUGUSTINA" ON YOUR NEXT VACATION TO COSTA RICA!

My twelve year old son had never travelled internationally, so I decided to take him to Villa Augustina for his 7th Grade Spring Break. It was the best seven days I ever spent with my son. He learned so much, including how to navigate customs and immigrations. But most of all, this beautiful home provided a safe, affordable vacation that allowed me to expose him to nature, a new language, different customs, the simplicity of beach life, and extravagance all in one trip. We dined elegantly at Mar y Sol one night, and ate on the beach watching critters the next. We went to the Beach Club to enjoy the spa, then walked through town looking at souvenirs. Then, we returned to the Villa to work on a poetry project using high-speed internet. We felt like we got three vacations in one!

It was a trip that provided memories for life. It will be a tough act to follow if I ever want to take him any where else, so we might just have to return to Villa Augustina every Spring Break!

Thank you for the best vacation ever!

I recently went there with my girlfriend and another couple. We are all in our late 20's and were looking for a relaxing vacation, but with lots things to do that didnt involve all partying. It was the first time we stayed at a villa and we couldnt have been more pleased.

The house is beautiful, the open design allows for great breezes at night so you dont need to sleep with the air conditioning if you dont want to. The house was spotless, and there was a cleaning woman who came two times during the week and there was a gardener there who maintained the grounds and cleaned the pool. The pool is great for just relaxing around the house and the access to beach club offers another great pool in addition to access to the beautiful beaches of Costa Rica.

The employees at the rental office are extremely helpful in regards to booking everything from tours to taxi's.
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

The house is great! We had 2 families and had more than enough room. The kids loved the pool and beutiful views of the golf course. The house was clean and well maintained. It more than met our expectations. The staff at reserva conchal are outstanding and went beyond the call of duty. The shuttle came to take us to the beach club which is great! Love the beach, restaurant, work-out area. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property.

Amazing, Upscale Villa

I just came back from my trip to Costa Rica, and I miss it dearly already. My husband and I just got married there at the end of January, and we rented this beautiful home (Villa Augustina) for our bridemaids and us. It was incredible: completely brand new with modern, upscale furniture, remote controlled A/C wall units in each of the 4 bedrooms, a brand new bathroom for each bedroom plus a 1/2 for the living room, and a perfect, gorgeous infinity pool. If I were to design my own house, this is what it would look like. We are already thinking about planning our next family reunion here!

The resort provides shuttle service to the excellent Reserva Conchal Beach Club, which is about 10 minutes away and right by Playa Conchal. The food there is really, really good; the head chef used to work at Daniel in NYC, so the food is delicious, beautifully presented, and actually quite reasonable in price considering its complexity and European flair.

I'm dying to go back...
