Have morning coffee on the back deck. Daydream on the porch swing out front. Sit by the fireplace and choose from the many board games, puzzles, DVDs, VHS tapes and books for all age groups in the family room. OR . . . Skiing, snow tubing, summer tubing, mini-golf, go karts, hiking, biking, golfing, horseback riding and a huge water park are just minutes away!!! There are three bedrooms and three full baths (tub/shower) for your family to stretch out and have some privacy. Cook in the large kitchen if you like, or indulge in the many places to eat nearby. Passage Lane, Massanutten, VA Features: Large, spacious living room with a sectional sofa , chaise and cable TV. The dining room and large kitchen are off the living room. French doors lead out to the back deck where you will find a dining table and chairs along with a charcoal grill. The master bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV with DVD player, and a full bathroom. A 2nd full bathroom is in the hallway. Bedroom two has two twin beds. Bedroom three has a pyramid (twin over double) bunk bed. Downstairs is a large family room with shelves full of books, puzzles, DVDs, board games and a video library for all ages, Cable TV with DVD and VCR, Casio electric keyboard, a telescope, a beautiful glass chess set on a game table and a gas log fireplace. A third full bathroom and a laundry room with an iron and ironing board are also downstairs. A queen sized air mattress with electric pump is tucked away in a closet. There is also a twin sleep sofa in the family room.

Home Description: Joyful Passage is a very inviting and comfortable home. 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a quiet location near the end of a cul-de-sac with green space all around, this is a great home for taking time away from your busy every day. Very Comfortable, Lovely

We were recently in Massanutten, VA at this "joyful passage" to total relaxation. This was a lovely, clean and comfortable home complete with all amenities to allow us to totally enjoy the time away. We enjoyed coffee or breakfast out on the deck while birdwatching. I'll miss the afternoon swing on the front porch. There was lots to do in the area like horseback riding, hiking, shopping, sightseeing, wineries, geat sunsets at the top of the mountain and a quiet and cozy home on the mountain to enjoy after our daily excursions.

We had forgotten how much fun games could be as we played a different one every evening. We will go again and our thanks to the owner for a very relaxing and enjoyable home away from home.
