Our family’s home-away-from-home is now available to you. Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac ideal for children, our condo is feet away from one of Seascape’s five gorgeous pools. We are in the Tennis Village, where you can play on one of Seascape’s eight tennis courts. Or, if you’re more of a golfer, try out the driving range and award-winning 18-hole golf course. Basketball courts are nearby and the entire resort is perfect for jogging or biking. Seascape is a gated community with easy access to Destin’s sugar-white beaches. You won’t have to search for beach parking, as Seascape features a private lot right across from the gulf. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rental. The Whale’s Tail, Seascape’s outdoor restaurant, is right at the beach crossing. One of our family’s favorite attractions is the Silver Sands Outlet Mall, which is the nation’s largest designer outlet center and is located just down the street.

Destin Seascape Resort 2 Bed/1Hollywood Bath

This property is not on the beach, but for the very reasonable rates and it's close proximity to the beach, I rate it very highly. The description provided was adequate and accurate; the homeowners are pleasant and honest people with which to do business. Their customer service was great and their property was clean , well-maintained and provided everything they said it would. Seascape is within a short drive to the largest outlet mall in the U.S., the Silver Sands Outlet. The beach is as close as a short drive or a five minute walk. Seascape Resort provides tennis and golf and one of the swimming pools and tennis pro-shop is practically next door to this condo. We also enjoyed the wonderful bike trails right on the scenic hwy 98 where we were. We also enjoyed driving on the nearby CR 30-A to the old-fashioned towns Watercolor and Seaside which are about 20 minutes away. We would recommend this property to friends and we ourselves would stay there again in the future.

Great place for children of all ages

While on vacation I found the home to be exactly what I expected. It was just down the street from the pool and a short drive to the beach and store.

Anytime I went out I found out that I was close to the Outlet Mall, grocery store and beach shops.

The house was complete with everything needed in the way of appliances for the kitchen.

Really only thing that would have made the house perfect was another bathroom.

I would certainly stay there again if I was in Destin.

We stayed the week of July 19th 2008, the pool is just steps away. The beach only a few more steps with a convient parking lot and cross over bridge. The home was very spacious and had a enclosed in outdoor area as well for privacy. It had all the essentials needed for a home away from home. Plus the security of a gated community.
Very nice location within 15 minutes of local destin downtown area lots of shopping and restaurants close by also convient to grocery stores. We loved the whole time we spent.
