The Casa Grande at Tropical Evergreens is a beautiful beach house with an open split-level first floor, and a stairway to the bedrooms above. On the first floor there is a king-size bedroom with 1/2 bath just a couple of steps higher than the main living area. Full bathroom downstairs. Ceiling fans in every room. The main living area is open floor plan, living room, dining area for 6-8, full kitchen, and mahogany doors that open to the beachside exterior patio. Palms provide comfortable shade on the exterior patio. A short way to the beach are 2 thatched palapas with hammocks and beach chairs. Kayak & snorkel right out front! Coffee on the beach...a must!

Tropical Evergreens is 7 miles north Tulum, Mexico 11 miles south of Akumal. Drive 61 miles south from Cancun airport. Visit Mayan ruins, Xel-Ha Eco-park, Actun Chen caves, Yal-Ku Lagoon. Quiet, private bay white sandy beaches, swimming, kayaking, snorkeling is outstanding. Coffee on the beach under the palapa at sunrise is a must!

A private, outside stairway leads upstairs to a large open deck, bedroom with 2 twin beds (convert to one king), and full bath.

    Casita rents separately $1190 wk/4; $990 wk/2

    The Casita does not rent separately during the Holidays and is included with Casa rental.
