There were five of us – a couple under 40, one person 50+, two kids, a 3 and a 5 year old – who stayed at this condo for a week.
This was our first “condo” experience and must admit will make us think twice before we go “all inclusive” again. The ocean and the whole area around the beach, and we are talking public beach here, is as good if not better than those in Caribbean destinations we frequented in the past!
The condo, as well as the building, is beautiful, new, spacious and unbelievable clean! We personally loved the bay view of the condo! It was very quite and allowed for some great people watching. The pool area also overlooks marina. It is not the biggest pool in the world, but it serves the purpose and our girls loved it. The pool gets busy on weekends because of "the weekend getaway guests". During the week, however, we were usually the only patrons there. We frequented the pool during the day, from late morning until early afternoon, when water is still refreshing. By the evening the water gets so warm that our kids didn’t mind a cold shower after the swim. There are some beach chairs and an umbrella in the condo that we took with us to the beach. The umbrella was also a lifesaver at the pool!
Our daughters, 3 and 5, loved the setup in the condo! They slept in the “guest room”, the one that has no windows. The absence of the windows allowed for some long naps and even better sleeping in. My husband and I shared the master bedroom, with a cable TV and a good bed. The master also has a second patio door that leads to the balcony. The balcony is big enough to accommodate 3 adults, with chairs and a table. It was perfect for easy afternoon coffees in the shade since it faces East.
Our friend slept in the living room that also has a cable TV. While we knew that both sofas are pullouts she didn’t even bother to use them us such. She comfortably slept on them as is.
The kitchen is nice and well equipped! We used all the appliances and all of them worked well. The bathroom is large and well stocked with towels and linens to last you a week, even if you change them frequently.
Our host, Chris, was very professional. All enquires to him were answered promptly and in a professional manner.
Our overall experience we’ll make us come back for sure!
