We enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful Lake house near Lake Ouachita, Arkansas. Our party included 8 people who all enjoyed themselves over the weekend. The fire pit was a nice extra which we took full advantage!
We loved our stay. It is a beautiful property and Connie was very accomadating. The Cabin was very clean, we travel a lot and I was impressed at the cleanliness - you won't always find that. I would Love to come back for a family reunion. There is plenty of space. The lake is just around the corner, a beautiful walk. Overall, a lovely stay. We had everthing we needed.
Cons: Lots of light bulbs out, stains on pillows, pillows have to be least 10 years old, bathroom door in main house is a make shift plastic according door that's been taped to the old door frame. The coat hook by the door will poke holes in your jacket. Extension cords powering cabin. Period stain on sheet (yep!).
Pros: full kitchen in main cabin and small kitchens in small cabins, location is close to the Womble and Vista trails.
Descent place for a place to stay with your bro friends. Not the place for wives, kids, or people looking for a good night sleep.
We have 24 in our family that gets together every year. This was so perfect for our family. Everyone was so pleased with everything from the beds to the kitchens and outside.
