Worst Vacation location That I have had in my life

When arriving at the location the first problem was the Main House-Family member stung by bees when we first arrived. House was very Hot because owners failed to turn on A/C. The family which had rented the A-Frame house was very upset about the Millions of Daddy Long leg spiders which were everywhere, Unit not clean with spider webs all over the cabin and the A/C not working at all. The Studio which was very very small and my opinion could only sleep 2 small children. The Listing indicated a fountain which I never saw. Upon leaving while packing up our belongings several children were attacked by bees. I would recommend to all. If you want to have a family vacation do not consider this Property. Very Poor property maintenance!!!!!
Owner's Response: Rarely do I have unhappy guests. This group of 20+ had one family member who was unhappy. I spoke with other family members prior to their departure and found they had an enjoyable weekend. I am assuming this review was written by the unhappy person.
So as not to alarm future guests, let me address the issues listed in the above review...
A family member was stung by a red wasp that was flying outside. I responded to their call within an hour with wasp spray and first aid. There were no wasp hives to be found, just wasps flying around. We sprayed. I can not control nature.
The A/C units were not on prior to their arrival, as this is a vacation rental home, not a hotel and we believe in energy conservation and keep the A/C off when the house is vacant. This also helps us keep costs down and rates low.
There were 12 daddy long leg spiders, not a million. They were coming in near the window A/C unit located in the living room, most likely trying to escape from the heat.
The spider webs at the cabin were on the outside not inside the cabin. The A/C in the cabin is working and is a newer unit.
The Studio has two full/double size beds in the back room and a futon and foosball table in the front room. It sleeps 4 adults.
The fountain has been turned off at this time since we are under extreme drought conditions and high heat. In these conditions the water level would decrease and the pump could run dry and I do not want guests to have to worry about watching over the water level on the fountain while they are on vacation. The gold fish are still in the fountain.
The bees were swarming near the trash cans when I arrived on the day of their departure. They were all over the un-bagged food trash that was left over flowing in the cans and on the ground.
My property is very well maintained. You can find other reviews that will attest to this. This summer has been unique with an abundance of insects since we had a mild winter. If you leave food trash laying about, expect bugs to follow. Bees will not be killed as we need the bees for our survival.
This group received their full deposit back although they still owed a small rental balance along with a pet fee of $45 that they did not pay, they did not disclose that they were bringing a dog. They were not charged for breaking my dryer by putting 15 full size bath towels along with wash cloths and kitchen towels in one load.
