Perfect for Large Family Reunion or Corporate Retreat. On this 6 acre wooded property sits a beautiful 1832 sq. ft. house with a studio and cabin for additional sleeping. And just next door you'll find a 900 sq. ft. A-Frame home. All just 3/4 of a mile down the road from Lake Ouachita and the Twin Creek Recreation Area. (where you'll find a boat launch/beach/fishing/camping and more) The property is 30 minutes outside of Hot Springs traveling west on Rt. 270 near Mt. Ida. The Main House has 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths sleeps up to 14. The Cabin is just for two. It has it's own full bath, kitchenette, table and 2 chairs and TV. The Studio sleeps 4 with 2 full size beds and futon, has a Foosball table in front room. The A-Frame House sleeps up to 8 including children. A-Frame has two full-bathrooms, fully functioning kitchen, many separate decks for relaxing. This property is well suited for large family gatherings giving everyone more privacy and space to spread out.

We had a great time. Enjoyed the house very much. The kids enjoyed looking for crystals in the yard. Thanks for all the information you provided about the mines, it was a blast! The only complaint is we couldn't stay longer.

This was the ideal place for our family of 18 to spend Christmas together. The kitchen was well stocked. It was ideally located close to Hot Springs. Thanks. We'd do it again.

Rented only the big house. 4 women went crystal & diamond mining. Great fun. Gorgeous and very comfortable house, excellent location. All the amenities and comforts of home. Loved it. Thank you.
