2006 end new comfortable vacation home, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, luxuriously furnished and designed, fully air conditioned throughout, ceiling fans in all the rooms, this is the vacation home with everything your family needs and expected. Our home is conveniently located in a popular and exclusive community by interstate highway I-4, It is less than 10 minutes to the main gate of Disney World, 1 mile from Champions Gate Golf Resort, Reunion and shopping center. With only 1 mile from the Intestate highway I-4, it gives quick and easy access to other attractions. The home has two master en-suites with its own private bathroom, one with king-size bed and one with queen-size bed, two guest rooms with two twin beds in each, and a queen size sofa sleeper. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. The pool face the conservation site providing a peaceful and elegant view.

Beautiful fully fenced yard facing conservation site, it provides the peaceful and elegant view. Enjoy the screened large heated pool. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence. The kitchen is fully equipped plus BBQ grill, you can eat and cook like you are at home. Bed linens, towels are provided. Crib, high chair and stroller are available without extra cost for your convenience. Washer and dryer are in separated room. Cable TV, DVD, VCR, Game room, Game cube with games. Local phone calls are free. High speed Internet with is free of use in the property. The villa is managed by a professional local management company with a 24/7 emergency telephone number.

Great price, VERY clean

We stayed in this property for 10 days in April 09. This house is very well maintained and very clean. The kitchen has lots of pots, pans and gadgets to cook your meals if you don't want to eat out all the time. Grocery store and pharmacy 5 min drive, Disney parks 20 mins drive door to door and about 30 mins from Orlando international airport. The pool is enclosed and very clean, actually my 9 year olds favorite part of the trip (which included 6 days in Disney) was that he got to swim every evening. The owner provided excellent customer service, a week before we left home we received an email with instructions, the management companies # incase of problem (we did not need it) and directions that were very acurate. The price was great and the security deposit was returned quickly with no problems. We strongly recommend this property, it made our vacation. Thanks

Comfortable house

We found the house with little difficulty in a very quit residential area and we were very pleased with the overall presentation and cleanliness. The three bathrooms made it all but more comfi.
The house sleeps 8 conformably. Sleeping on the sofa bed in the leaving rooms was hazardous. The mattress desperately needs changing.
There was a lack of kitchen utensils and we had to buy some glasses given that only four were there and we were 7 adults. A number of electric goods didn't work and we ended up putting them away. We also brought a BBQ and left it behind. Having it made a big difference allowing not to worry so much about what to cook after a very hot day at the parks. With a few small addition this house could be great.Spending time around the very nice pool was a plus.
The beds were good and the bedrooms very large or big enough.
Dealing with Jane (the owner) was easy. Jane always answered to any requests rapidly and efficiently.

The house is situated about 20 km to most parks or about 25 minutes drive. Easy to get there and back. Kissimmee is only 15/20 minutes away. There is a brand new Publix supermarket just 5 minutes away and you can also find some take away restaurant in the same area (Chinese, Pizza and others).
I will recommend the house to anybody who is thinking about visiting Orlando because of its location and its comfort.
We've just had a good holiday!
