Ground level features 2-car garage with automatic door opener, shower, and washer and dryer, plus closet well-stocked with beach toys. Middle level features a master suite with queen-size bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and sliding glass doors to private covered deck, plus a second bedroom with a “pyramid bunk” (double bed below, twin above), private bath and walk-in closet. Upper level features great room with fireplace, queen-size sleep sofa, dining area, half bath, access to sun deck, and well-appointed kitchen with breakfast bar. No smoking, no pets.

Private beach access for Sea Dunes residents and guests. Easy walk (one block) to Black Pelican, Sunburn, and Hurricane Mo's restaurants. Central location makes for short easy drive to most Outer Banks attractions. Sunday evening 'welcome party' at the clubhouse for all registered guests including door prizes donated by local shops and restaurants, snacks and soft drinks, and water safety info provided by beach personnel.
