Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar, which seats four, as well as a dining table that seats six or take them out to the balcony to enjoy the sea breeze. A 32 inch TV and DVD player in the living room will keep you entertained. A washer and dryer in the unit make laundry a snap.
This is one of the state's most popular vacation spots, with proximity to amusement parks, golf, shopping and restaurants nearby. Of course, water sports such as swimming, diving, shelling, windsurfing and parasailing are readily available. With only 3 units per floor, this condo offers a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. The property is complete with a gulf-side pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and exercise room.
You must be 25 years of age to rent. No smoking and no pets are allowed on the premises.
