House, 3 Bedrooms + Loft, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 13-16)

French Chauteau Type. Relax in a hammock by Strawberry Creek or by a lovely pond. The stream also has trout for those who might like to fish. Other Fishing areas are also nearby,as well as horseback riding.

A beautiful spiral oak staircase leads to the romantic master bedroom with fireplace and balcony and beautiful remodeled MBR with high end whirlpool tub, shower and heated floor. Glass doors lead out to the balcony from both the loft and the master suite.There is a private entry or inside entry to a guest room with a private bath. Dining room,living room,master suite, and loft all overlook the stream. Lovely stained glass windows through out house,bay windows,skylights,and glass doors bring the outside inside.There is a total of 3 bedrooms and a loft in the main house and 2 separate sleeping rooms separate from the main house.Total 5 bedrooms. Sleeps 14 in Beds

Three grand huge river rock fireplaces to curl up and read a book while warming your toes. One in the living room, one in the master suite and one in another bedroom.Built in bar in the living room. The town has many antique shops,craft shops, resturants and other entertainment is available. Of course it is a rock climbers dream. Hiking, Fishing, Horseback riding is also available. Then there is the wonderful relaxing and peaceful feeling ou can only get in the forest and mountains.This home offers seclusion and tranquility plus all the luxury amentities you could ask for.

A Great thabj you.

Dear Mary Ann,

I just wanted to thank you for letting us stay at the Creekhouse during
the month of May just passed.

Since we had stayed once before (over the
holidays in 2007-2008) it felt very familiar to us.

The new jacuuzzi cover is a great
addition. Much easier to deal with than the old one.

The new master bath is wonderful. The heated floor is great.

The new door in the main floor bath is much nicer than the old pocket
door.

This stay was very relaxing but at the same time gave me the opportunity to go
out every day and hike around the area. I got into hiking in 2008 and Idyllwild
is simply hiker's heaven. I went out almost everyday and would usually hike anywhere
from 3-8 miles with elevation gains of 700 to 2500 ft.

I was trying to get in excellent shape. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in February
and had robotic surgery to remove my prostate on June 7, 2012. I am happy to report
the pathology of my prostate showed all the cancer was contained within the capsule
and none had escaped to surrounding tissue. I get my first post surgery PSA
in July and I am confident it will show I am cancer free.

The hiking in Idyllwild proved to be a good idea. Three days after the surgery I was
walking nearly 5 miles a day. I did not need any pain medication. I am really feeling
fine and I am sure getting in great shape in Idyllwild was a big part of the reason.

If our future vacation plans call for another month in Idyllwild, you
can be sure the Creekhouse will be at the top of our list.

This house is awesome! I am very happy with the quality service I received from everyone and we enjoyed our stay... It is a beautiful home with an amazing back yard and very clean and comfortable. I would love to stay there again, even the drive way fit multiple cars and made everything funtion for my weekend stay. Loved it!

I needed a place to forget who I am, luckly I found this place together with 4 other families. Spent July 4th long weekend here.
Surrounded with many 50-ft tall trees, hugged by a real stream, waked up by birds not alarms ...

Perfect Place for a Retreat

This cabin was absolutely beautiful; the pictures do not do it justice. 14 friends and I stayed in the cabin for a weekend and had such a great time. The property was large enough to hold us all comfortably. We enjoyed hiking, relaxing in the hot tub, and taking in the spectacular views. Mary Ann, the owner, is the sweetest lady and was very accommodating. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future!
