This spacious 4 bedroom condo is perfect for large groups or families. With over 1900 sq. ft. and 2 master bedrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax after a long day on the slopes. Located in the Timbers, which is one of two true ski-in/ski-out luxury condominiums in Keystone, it features granite counter tops, slate floors, deluxe kitchen appliances, a 55 in. flat screen TV, and more. The location is ideal: this quiet 4th floor corner unit faces the forest and is just steps away from the ski slopes, while River Run Village is only a short five minute walk, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants and festivities.

Living Area Description: The main living area is shared by the kitchen, living, and dining rooms, separated by a granite island. The focus of the living room is the flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace. Sink into the comfortable leather couch and chairs to enjoy a DVD, cable program, or movie on HBO. The built-in sound system can pipe high fidelity sound from any source (DVD, TV, CD, or even an MP3 player - an ipod dock is provided) to any room in the condo.

Enjoy world-class skiing and boarding at Keystone resort, with True Ski-In/Ski-Out access: ski down to the River Run Gondola or Summit Express Lift. It is also less than a 5 minute walk to River Run Village, for shopping, restaurants, and year round festivals.

Ski: Ski down to the River Run Gondola (about 50 yards), and ski directly to the back door of the condo on a private trail. Store your skis in the 1st floor ski locker.

  • To accommodate large groups, we also provide 2 high quality Queen-size Aerobed air mattresses (there is plenty of floor space in the 2 Master Bedrooms for the air mattresses). The four bedrooms include two master bedrooms, each with king beds and private bathrooms with tile showers and double vanities. The third bedroom has a queen bed, plus a wall mounted flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has a twin bunk bed with a TV and DVD/VCR, making this a great kids room. A third bathroom is located directly off the entry and includes a tile shower. To further accommodate families or large groups, we have provided two high quality queen sized air mattresses.

Had a great time for my friends 50th Birthday - Location really made it all worthwhile and the hot tub downstairs is beautiful. Kitchen VERY WELL stocked - even managed to ski as well as getting a Passover dinner for eight cooked in the same day.

This is the second time we have rented this property. It is fully stocked with all the amenities you could want. Location is amazing, and building is well kept with nice coffee service in lobby, warm fireplace, jaccuzzi and pool. Large ski locker held all our equipment. Owners were great to work with. Highly recommend!

The unit was great. Plenty of room and a great location for sunning in the afternoon on the deck. Walking distance to the Village or a shuttle to take you where you want to go.

Wonderful condo on the slopes at Keystone

Fantastic place and wonderful hosts. Gail was easy to deal with and very helpful throughout the process. The place itself is wonderful - great location (a 2 story elevator ride and 50 foot walk and you are ready to ski down to the Gondola at Keystone), well furnished and comfortable accommodations (great kitchen, inviting living room, and lots of room to spread out and get comfortable). Ski in ski out was a real luxury, and the outdoor hot tub at the Timbers was a welcome respite after a day of skiing. Keystone is a great mountain with long wide cruisers and challenging moguls for the mogul lover.

Highly recommended - will book again!
