2013 SPECIAL!!!!

4 nights for a flat rate of $600.00 valid, before Memorial Day and after September 26! Any day of the week including weekends!!! Parking fee may be assessed at the location in September.

2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in Century I...Step out of the (beach!) elevator onto the... sandy beach.

Maximum of 6 people can sleep comfortably in our condo. 2 Bedrooms with one King and one queen beds and a full size sofa bed.

There is digital cable with plenty of channels including HBO and Cinemax, about 7-10 channels each.

We keep our property very nicely and upgrades are made every year. The new furnace in 2008, new bathrooms in 2007, 2010 kitchen remodel, 2012 new sofa and King bed , 2013 new kitchen floor, added a flat screen to second BR.

There is no fee to use our indoor pool and you can use the fitness center (facing the ocean) and sauna for a small fee to the HOA(home owner assoc.)

Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.

What a beautiful vacation home. The keyless entry was wonderful and the unit was so clean and well cared for. We have never stayed at a nicer place, everything was updated and wonderful. The 24 hour security was great and the high speed elevators were something we had NEVER had in OC before.The pool being open until 10:00 was very nice as well. We are looking forward to staying here again and again.

My family(12 and a 1 Year old) and I traveled from Colorado and Arizona for a family reunion with cousins and their families. We rented 2 condos in Century 1 and could not have been happier with our choice on both of them. Views are exceptional the unit was well decorated with a beach flavor. the beach locker is very convenient for the renters and keeps the condo clean of beach sand. Traveling so far we could not bring anything but clothing and we were lacking nothing during our vacation. I recommend Valentia's unit highly and will be back.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

This property has all you need (utensils, beach chairs, extra pillows, throw blankets). Right by the beach, convenient stores, library, church - off the coastal hwy 100th street, 10min drive to the boarwalk (away from the crowd). I've stayed in OC in the past and the condos have not been as well kept as Valentina's property. I loved waking up to the Ocean and Bay view, and enjoying coffee on the balcony.


I will definitely consider renting from Valentina again.

the unit was very nice. as said by others,the views of ocean and sunset are great.it is great for a family or two couples to use. with the unit layout , you have shared living space,but can also have your own private area.each bedroom has a great view.the kitchen has anything you would need.it was great to have a locker on the first floor to store beach equipment in . what a bonus ,not having to carry all that stuff up to the unit everyday and store it overnight.valentine,was very helpful and answer questions in a timely manner..thank for sharing your vacation home

Beautiful condo with amazing views and great location. While our vacation was cut short due to the hurricane we are already looking forward to coming back and renting your beautiful condo. Well.. Hurricane came and past and we are back ready for our next guests. There was no serious damage to either our condo or the building. The condo is ready and the clean up is about finished outside.
