This gated community has 24 hour security for your peace of mind. Only residents and guests are permitted to use the private beach. Parking is close to the condo, in front of the building. Parking is FREE. The laundry room location is convenient to the condo. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, a full bath en-suite with a well-stocked linen closet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a walk-in closet, a full bath en-suite with a well-stocked linen closet, CD player. There are 2 folding cots stored in the closets for additional needs. A baby crib and high-chair are available upon request. The spacious kitchen has everything you need: kettle, teapot, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, mixer, baking & cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishware, cutlery, glasses, etc. Cleaning supplies provided. There is bar-counter seating for 3. The dining area has table & seating for 4. The lounge has a comfortable sofa, 2 chairs, TV/DVD/video.
