Den with sleeper sofa serves as 2nd TV room with separate access to pool / patio area. Pool / patio area is a relaxing private, tropical retreat with a large L shaped beautifully tiled, lighted and heated pool. Surrounding area has extensive landscape lighting, white marble chips, and a variety of beautiful palms, plantings and fruit trees. Grill, patio sink, multiple seating areas.   • 1. 10 % sales tax which includes a State Sales Tax of 6% and a 4 % County Lodging Tax'
    2. Cleaning fee of $125.00. For 3 weeks or longer the fee iis $150 which includes 2 hours of cleaning / laundry
    midway through the stay.
    3. Security Deposit $500 - returned within 10 days of departure and applied only in case of breakage/damage
    or excess cleaning.
    4. Heat Pump fee $75 per week. From the end of October through the end of March, use of the Heat Pump
    set to 82 degrees is advisable to maintain a comfortable pool water temperature.
  • All linens, towels, beach towels and other beach and pool and picnic supplies provided free of charge. Family Pass provided to all Florida State Parks.

Backyard Oasis

Nice quiet neighborhood to get away and relax. Pool is awesome and private, kids had a great time. The retractable awning by the pool was awesome to sit under and watch the kids swim. The home has everything you need in case you forget something. Close to Shopping, Restaurants and Grocery Store. The beach is right down the street too for swimming and fishing.

My brother in law went golfing everyday at a different golf course and said they were all amazing.

The owners are super friendly and were a pleasure to deal with, definitly will return in the future.

A wonderful place to "get away"!

What a true oasis in a great location! We really enjoyed our short 1 week stay at this wonderful home. Jerry and Rebecca have done such a great job making this home feel like a home way from home. It is very close to some of the best beaches around. We enjoyed our beach time, but then were able to come back to a great backyard pool/BBQ area. The description and photos do not do this oasis justice. We definitely recommend this property!

100% Enjoyable!

We rented the Naples Bungalow Oasis for 3 weeks, mid February through mid March 2009 and found it to be a perfect place to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The house was well laid out, extremely clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with every modern convenience. The “stand-out” feature of this house is the backyard with its gorgeous landscaping and outstanding pool. We spent HOURS there, reading, relaxing, talking, eating and swimming. The house is located on a quiet residential street within a mile of the ocean. A visitor and parking pass to Delnor Wiggins State Park is included in the rental and we enjoyed many days on this beautiful beach. The owners were pleasant, accommodating and extremely easy to work with. It was obvious they took pride in their property and wanted only to please. The Naples area is great because when you are not at the beach you can experience nature at its best by visiting Everglades National Park, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, or another of the wonderful State Parks. Culture is close by and several venues offer concerts and plays. Dining options are available at a variety of casual or upscale restaurants. We absolutely, 100% would recommend this home.

Three weeks in Paradise

This house was like Paradise. A perfect location. The house was immaculate with every amenity you can think of. The owners are such sweethearts making sure our stay was everything we hoped for. It met and went beyond our expectations. The restaurants, the beaches, the shopping!! Or we could just hang out at the house all day. It was all great.

Pool, Fun & Sun and a Beach down the road!

This bungalow felt like a home and has everything you need and more. It was clean and well cared for. The pool is fantastic and you could just stay there all day ... but there is so much to do nearby ... Delnor Wiggins State Park, Clam Pass for beautiful sunsets, trip to Sanibel Island and to the Everglades for an air boat ride and see the gators.
This home is in the perfect place with Randy's Fishmarket Restaurant just down the road. Have a good time.
