4 Brdrooms (3 oceanfront), 3.5 baths+H/C outside shower, (sleeps 8)

Get great deal on long-weekend or early May weeksor partial weeks, May 9-19. Summer 2013 is fully booked. Enjoy the beautiful white sands of Holden Beach. Our other house, Pelican Watch, vrbo.com/185186 is oceanfront house w/ private pool, has heated pool which re-opened in March. Both houses have inverted floor plan has top floor with one master bedroom suite, kitchen with Corian and full features, and living area all overlooking large (28 foot wide) porch and beach/ocean. Three of the 4 bedrooms are oceanfront with great ocean views and breezes. Shining hardwood floors add extra quality. Dual zone heat/air conditioning allows different settings on each floor. Main TV is a new 47 inch HDTV w/digital cable. Wi-Fi. Enclosed outside shower with dressing area and hot/cold water. Outside entry 28 foot wide oceanfront porch via Andersen French doors to two of the oceanfront bedrooms. Off-season is great on the North Carolina Coast. Elevator serves top floor. Rentals are Sunday-Sunday. If the schedule blocks you, try Pelican Watch, with heated pool.

Re-check our calendar for available dates for 2013. We have some Spring and plentiful Fall 2013 openings at Hold-On-Beach, and at Pelican Watch, with heated pool (open March- Thanksgiving). Winter is a beautiful time to be at Hold-On-Beach! and especially affordable. Walk the beach, curl up with a good book by the fireplace or a movie on the new 47 inch LCD HDTV. Book-it now! Hold-On-Beach! is on the lightly developed 'East End' with broad beach for walking, swimming, or sunbathing. You won't need to get up early to 'stake-out' a beach or fishing spot in this area. Holden Beach is a top-ranked beach by USA Today, National Geographic Smart Travel Magazine, and has received National Healthy Beach status by NHBC which rates beaches based on environmental qualities and services.

Relaxing Beach House

This house is wonderfully maintained and provided a relaxing place right on the beach. The house had HDTV with a flat screen, wireless internet access, and awesome views of the sunrise and sunset. We loved it here and would recommend it to anyone.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

The south-facing beach (and house full of oceanfront windows) really do allow the sun to bask in off the ocean from sunrise-to-sunset from October to early April. We like the neighborhood so much, we built a new house down the street and plan to retire there. Irv

Great stay at Hold-On-Beach

Great house with a great view. We had less than desirable weather for our stay at Hold-On-Beach but still had a great time. The home is very bright, cheery, comfortable and clean. You can't beat the location. We enjoyed the ocean even when we were at the house. All you have to do is look out the window or sit on the deck. The owners are very responsive and pleasant. They even had some pantry supplies at the house. You don't normally find that in a rental property. We definitely plan to visit Hold-On-Beach again!

Everything was WoNdErFuL! We have 3 boys ages 8, 6, and 3 Who still ask when r we going back to our other house? lol They had sooo much FUN. I dont think they complained one time. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Even things for the Beach:) My only downfall is Im afraid to come back and try out a different house, because this one has set my standards so High... I would probably be dissapointed with anything less..This home was Beautiful! And Im planning on visiting again next month!!!! Irv and Nancy, Thanks so much for sharing ur home with us!! U made it a great experience for us, with being 1st time renters! It couldnt have been any better:) :)

Delightful and relaxing

Our family visited Holden Beach for the first time. We usually go to Myrtle, Cherry Grove, or
Emerald Isle. The beach is gorgeous. The beach home was fantastic. Wonderful ocean
views. It has an elevator which was great to have as one in our party needed assistance and it
was a bonus bringing up the groceries! The owner was very responsive and accomodating.
We will definitely be back!
