Photos and Description of the Holden Beach vacation house rental 4 Brdrooms (3 oceanfront), 3.5 baths+H/C outside shower, (sleeps 8)

Summer 2009 fully booked. Plan ahead for Fall / Winter / Spring or Summer 2010. The inverted floor plan has top floor with one master bedroom suite, kitchen with Corian and full features, and living area all overlooking large porch and beach/ocean. Three of the four bedrooms are oceanfront with great ocean views and breezes. Shining hardwood floors add extra quality. Dual zone heat/air conditioning allows different settings on each floor. Main TV is a new 47 inch HDTV w/digital cable. Wi-Fi. Enclosed outside shower with dressing area and hot/cold water. Outside entry via Andersen French doors to two of the oceanfront bedrooms. Off-season is great on the North Carolina Coast. Elevator serves top floor. Contact me for additional information or photos on Hold-On-Beach! Rentals are Sunday-Sunday.

My husband and I stayed at Hold-On-Beach for a week in Sept. The house, the view, the weather, everything was perfect. The house was one of the cleanest houses and nicest we had ever seen. The location was perfect. You could see the sun rise and the sun set. We watched the hundreds of dolphins (yes I mean hundreds - it was during a fishing tournament) right from the upper deck. Even after the tournament was over we watched families of dolphins from the deck. We watched and heard the ocean every moment of the day. The house was fully equiped with every thing you could possibly need. The owner was great to work with and couldn't have been more accommodating. Yes we will be back.

At Hold-on-Beach and Pelican Watch (new house w/ pool), we thrive to give better service, early check-ins when available, and more personalized touches than management companies would ever provide. Great Beach Location

Our family enjoyed our week setting on Holden Beach. The beach was excellent, quiet and without the hassel of a large number of people. The house had all of the necessary amenitites.
