Watch the beautiful sunsets over the Annisquam River from the deck or just enjoy the scenic views all day long of Pierce Island, Jones Creek and Wingaersheek Beach at a distance. Simply spectacular. This vintage house has comfortable accommodations for a family or group of friends. Large eat in kitchen with two seating areas. The walk out lower level has a full bath with shower and laundry. Enjoy the large covered porch with a full deck, great for entertaining. Below, stairs lead to the tidal beach, great for kayaking, and other water sports. Community float to swim from or use to drop off and pick up boating passengers. Located in a mature neighborhood, once occupied by summer residences. You are assured a great vacation here.

Notes: We do allow smoking out side of the dwelling, ash trays are provided. For visitors the porch could be wheel chair accessible if one had individuals who could help to lift the wheel chair in a couple of areas, if a handicapped person can pivot from chair to toilet they could get by. There is no yard to speak of. We do have a patio area and the porch is large.
