Large, luxury house on Mount Crested Butte. Incredible views in all directions. Comes with all the amenities (including large hot tub for 5-7 people) that you need for a fantastic winter, summer, or off-season vacation. Sunny, open, floor plan with hickory wood floors and mountain home feeling. Sit in the living room and look out at Mt. Crested Butte. House has three separate decks, one of which has a gas grill on it. It is also handicap accessible. Second floor has two separate spaces. The first is a loft with both an office, great views of Snodgrass Mountain, and a living room area with a queen size futon bed. WiFi access makes this a great place to get caught up with the 'outside world' while on vacation. The second space is a full-size, one-bedroom apartment, complete with queen bed and its own kitchen. The apartment is a great asset for families with small children that need privacy and quiet, or a group of kids that want their own space, away from the adults!

Nearest Airport: Gunnison at 30 Miles
As shown it the photos, we are at the base of Mt Crested Butte. We are on an acre lot with plenty of open space around us. We have incredible views to the east, south & west. Great location for kids to go outside to play while parents can relax on the deck or hot tub, with a view of Mt CB. We are 0.8 miles from the base of the ski area and are on the shuttle bus route. The town of Crested Butte is 4 miles away. In the summer, you can easily access many biking trails within 1-2 miles of the house. Snodgrass trailhead is less than a mile away. The town of Gothic is only 4 miles away and Schofield Pass in about 12. The trailhead to the Maroon Bells hike to Aspen is just beyond Schofield.
