Sit on our wrap-around balcony and enjoy the dolphins and the beautiful sunrises and romantic sunsets. Our condo is an end unit located on the third level, conveniently located near the stairs, going out onto the beach, or you can take the nearby elevator. Our condo has all the amenities, including free beach service (umbrella & 2 chairs) Mar. 1 - Oct 31. The wrap-around balcony not only provides a great view of the beach, but also overlooks the swimming pool and hot tub. Or sit on the balcony, outside the master bedroom and enjoy the view. Pelican Isle is located just minutes from the new Convention Center and many great restaurants. There's plenty of shopping nearby and lots of things for the kids to enjoy.
