Beautiful, bright, sunny, spacious duplex town home- perfectly furnished for two families or a large group. Sleeps 12 comfortably in four large bedrooms plus a loft that doubles as a second entertainment area. New furnishings are complete with all amenities, including wireless internet. Two master suites (one on ground floor; one King, one Queen). Very conveniently located just opposite the Route 1 'split', next to the water park. Great community Pool and tennis court. Easy access to Beach and Boardwalk; five minutes by car, or an easy bike ride or walk, and just steps to the shuttle buses. Two Rehoboth Beach on-street parking permits come with rental. End of road location leads to extra parking, no traffic, backyard (and screen porch and patio) backs onto wooded barrier for private lounging, dining.
