Beautiful, bright, sunny, spacious duplex town home- perfectly furnished for two families or a large group. Sleeps 12 comfortably in four large bedrooms plus a loft that doubles as a second entertainment area. New furnishings are complete with all amenities, including wireless internet. Two master suites (one on ground floor; one King, one Queen).

Very conveniently located just opposite the Route 1 'split', next to the water park. Great community Pool and tennis court. Easy access to Beach and Boardwalk; five minutes by car, or an easy bike ride or walk, and just steps to the shuttle buses. One Rehoboth Beach on-street parking permits come with rental. End of road location leads to extra parking, no traffic, backyard (and screen porch and patio) backs onto wooded barrier for private lounging, dining.

Family Resort: Fabulous beach resort made for families. Has been The summer location for Metroplitation Washingtonians for years. Family friendly beaches, boardwalk and amusement parks.

Restuarants: Some of the very best restaurants in the area. All cuisines- great seafood, organic, pizzas etc.

Shopping: Destination for outlet shopping. Every major retailer represented.
