This condo is located in Schuss Village and is completely furnished for your family vacation needs! It features, full kitchen, living room, dining area, two full bedrooms (master has a king bed and the guest room has a full size bunk beds.) and two full bathrooms. This ground floor unit~~with a Covered Porch~~ is the perfect family retreat! Complete with toys and games in the kids club! Central Air & Heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full size range/oven microwave...all linens & towels included too! And New Secured Wireless Internet!! **Please note as a health consideration to all guests we are a NON Smoking & NON Pet Friendly rental....no exceptions.**

Summer in Northern Michigan is so much fun & the beauty of Up North is right outside your door. The Spa at Shanty Creek offers a wonderful variety of massages, based upon your needs...please contact them directly for your relaxation & rejuvitation time..massages. soft music and complete a with cucumber water to finish off your time!!

Traverse City is a quick 45 minutes away! And more locally of course there's Beautiful Bellaire~try a Bellaire Bar Burger and shop, shop, shop! Then visit Alden~20 minutes away. Alden's Spice Shop is a must along with Brownwood's Sunday Flea Market..great shopping & crafts.

TV Set Up and Movie Information: All of our TV's are set up with Charter Cable Communications.....The living room TV (27'') has access to the 'on demand' free movies through Charter Cable....The Master Bedroom TV (27'') has a DVD player built into the TV~there is a VCR player in our hallway closet ( along with tapes/movies) this may be hooked up to either bedroom TV ... and the Kid's Club has a wall mounted 20' flat screen TV with adjustable viewing angles...

Great Condo for the whole family

The minute we walked in the condo we were impressed. Very clean, nicely decorated and completely furnished! What a great vacation. My 7 year old loved the kids bedroom with all the toys and games. I loved the kitchen fully stocked with everything from coffee filters to a cookbook for making meatloaf. My husband enjoyed the coziness and being able to relax by the fireplace. Very close to Schuss Village and Ivan's restaurant, but the perfect distance away to chill and relax in the peace and quiet. We will definitely consider this place for our ski/snowboarding trip next year. The owners are very accomodating.

Perfect Ski Weekend

Upon arrival at the condo everyone was very impressed (even my 21 year old son). Everything was spotless, lots of extras included (his girlfriend wanted to snatch the blanket in the livingroom). We had plenty of space, the kitchen was well stocked. The 2nd bathroom was definitely a bonus. The livingroom furniture was super comfy (I fell asleep in one of the chairs after skiing). Beautiful view of the golf course out the back doorwall - with a covered deck. Nice bbq to throw some steaks on. You can walk to the ski slopes (the kids took a shortcut through the woods) Plus, you can park right outside the door to the condo - no walking up flights of stairs or down long hallways with lots of luggage. We would love to come back in the summer for a few rounds of golf.

This condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained. The oversized furniture made for exceptional lounging--perfect for out weekend get-away. The owner was also very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Winter Wonderland

Great weekend, perfect winter weather dry roads deep snow every where else...beautiful. Condo was clean, nice layout, lots of windows with great view. Our goal was to have a relaxing weekend and this Schuss condo and Bellaire Michigan provided everything we needed. Lunch at Shorts Brewery and Dinner at the Blue Pelican and just relaxing in the comforts of the condo.....perfect.

great ski trip !

Thank-you so much ! Had a great ski trip ! Felt right at home, the condo is very nice, very clean, close to the slopes at Schuss. Karen is awesome ! Felt very well cared for.

I highly recommend this property. Would love to come during the summer or fall months to check out the surrounding areas !
