Absolutely stunning detached Villa in the Lindfields district of Orlando, conveniently situated well within 15 minutes of the Disney attractions, yet beautifully located in a very peaceful and exclusive area. The property also boasts a large, truly private, south-facing, heated and screened pool with comfortable sun loungers, patio table and chairs and gas barbeque facilities. For games in the pool or garden, bats and balls are also provided.

Every convenience is included including; computer & WiFi Internet Access, PlayStation and games, Crib, Buggy and High Chair and even a set of Golf Clubs! Various board games and range of books are also provided.

Local telephone calls are free of charge. International/long distance calls can be made with easily obtainable Calling Cards.

All linen & towels are also included and there are no hidden extra charges. The only optional extra charge is for pool heating, which is only required during the winter.

A superb 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villa, with large, truly private heated swimming pool, in a peaceful residential cul-de-sac. Deceptive in its beautiful surroundings, this Villa is 15 minutes from Disney World and surrounding attractions.

Within 10 miles by car is every imaginable source of entertainment including Disneyworld, Seaworld, Universal Studios, etc. More specialised activities are also catered for: Rodeo, Interactive Petting Farm, Warbird and helicopter flying, and hosts of other events all lie very close to the property. There are literally hundreds of fine restaurants catering for every conceivable taste. Many of these provide fine food at very good prices, and also provide you with unforgettable live entertainment.

Some of America's finest Golf Courses lie within 20 minutes drive and there are sufficient Malls, outlets and shops within a similar radius to satisfy even the most ardent shopper.

Notes: We have provided as many facilities as possible, to make your stay as fine as it can be. Most of the equipment and furniture in the villa is brand new and all of it to a high standard. We provide two hairdryers, ironing board/iron, PC computer with free HIGH SPEED internet access(and wireless), DVD players and a limited selection of DVD's. A gas bar-b-que, high chair, buggy and crib are all available in the villa, free of charge. There are also books and games for both adults and children, along with bats and balls for the swimming pool and a new set of golf clubs. The utility room houses a full sized washing machine and dryer. There is also an ironing board and iron. We also have an excellent management company overseeing the property and our guests.

Great villa, great location for Disney!

The villa was very spacious and clean with a lovely pool and everything we needed for our stay. My only complaint is that we didn't get enough time to spend in it just enjoying it!!! Access to the Disney parks is very close along the 192, although you have to get past lots of traffic lights first! It was furthest away from Universal, but even this only took 30 mins. Would definitely stay in this villa again if we were to ever go back to Orlando. Thanks also to Dawn, the owner, for all her help and information prior to our visit.

The Disney parks were magical and we loved Seaworld and Busch Gardens. As for eating, we really enjoyed Sweet Tomatoes which is very close on the 192. For a treat, I would highly recommend Maggiano's on International Drive - wonderful Italian food & great service. We also went to a Golden Corral, an experience I don't want to repeat, although the kids thought it was fun & the food was ok but.....the whole place was just dirty and horrible.

All in all a wonderful holiday and a wonderful villa which we would have no hesitation in recommending.

Recently stayed in your villa for a second time. Would recommend it to everyone as its so nice to be able to relax in your villa with everthing you could ever want provided. The south facing pool is a bonus as it doesn't matter when you want to get that extra bit of sunbathing in you'll always have the sun shining on the deck and pool. The key box is easy to operate and the computer is a real help when trying to keep in touch with those at home.We will be back again as soon as we can!!

My Stay At Diamond Nine Villa

We have stayed in a few villas in the Lindfield area and this was by far the best. I would recommend it to my family and friends without any hesitation. The property was very clean and we particularty liked the room layout, and the privacy of the pool and garden area. Lindfields is in a good location for lots of restaurants and shops and is very close to the Disney theme parks. The owner was very helpful from the start and kept us up to date with every thing we needed to know. I will hopefully be booking again for next year.

Perfect holiday

We stayed at Diamond Nine in March, for the second time. I have no hesitation to recommend Diamond Nine to anybody looking to rent a villa in Orlando. It has everything you could possibly require in a holiday home. It is spacious and homely. It was a pleasure to return there at the end of a hectic day. It has all the home comforts you need. It is clean and comfortable. Its location is ideal for the parks and the many restaurants on the 192. Our favourites were Houlihans and the Miller Ale House, which are less than a 5 minute drive. As we were a party of adults we often walked to Houlihans. Children eat free there and the food is great. Dawn the owner of Diamond Nine is very helpful and always gets back to you promptly. The other great thing is there is a flat charge for rental, which is ideal if you want to travel in peak times. I really cannot recommend the villa and the owners highly enough. Dont waste your time trawling through hundreds of villas, you will not beat this one for value for money. Look no further and book now, we will definitely be back soon!!!

Ich schreibe meine Bewertung auf deutsch, da mein englisch nicht ganz so perfekt ist. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter war sehr gut. Alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Ein late-check-out war ohne zusätzliche Kosten problemlos möglich, obwohl die Villa an diesen Tag schon wieder vermietet war. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Die 192 und damit die Themenparks und Malls waren sehr schnell zu erreichen. Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Villa entspricht den Fotos. Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. WLAN war schnell.
Einzigster Mängelpunkt war der Poolalarm. Dieser ging immer an, wenn man vom Pool in das Haus wollte. Das kann mit der Zeit nerven. Die Kaution wurde sehr zügig wieder zurücküberwiesen.

I write my review in German, because my English is not quite so perfect. The communication with the landlord was very good. All questions were answered immediately. A late check-out was no problem at no additional cost, although the villa was rented by the day again. Value for money was very good. The 192 and thus the theme parks and malls could be reached very quickly. Villa is situated in a quiet residential area. Villa corresponds to the photos. Kitchen equipment was very good. Wireless internet was fast. Most defects only was the pool alarm. This went on forever, if you wanted the pool to the house. This can be annoying with time. I'm sorry that the pool alarm caused you some annoyance. In Florida, alarms and pool fences are legal requirements for all rental properties; this because Florida has the highest number of child drownings in the US. The alarms are designed to be very loud in order to alert parents of children wandering into the pool area. Despite being very loud, they only sound for as long as it takes to walk through the door, or push the 'silence' button. As soon as this happens the alarm stops immediately. As responsible property owners, we adhere to the strict regulations as laid down in our licence; this ensures the ongoing highest safety, build, cleanliness and equipment standards for all of our guests.
