Oceania 4th floor unit #404 overlooking pool. Professionally decorated Platinum unit with 60 ft floor-to-ceiling glass. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, over 550ft of sandy beach shared only by the 72 units in Oceania. Three professionally decorated bedrooms with private baths and granite counter tops. Master bath includes jetted bathtub and separate shower. Master suite has king bed; the rest have queen beds. The living room and dining room have sliders to access a 40ft covered balcony that overlooks the pool and Gulf.Two bedrooms have new 32' LCD TV's, theater has a 42' LCD TV and the living room has a 42' LCD TV. DVDs are in all bedrooms and living room. All bedrooms have new carpeting. Dining room, living room and kitchen have 18x18 ceramic tile. A separate wet bar and large capacity ice maker adjoin the dining area. Kitchen counter tops are also granite with new SS appliances. Entry door has push button lock which eliminates the need to carry a magnetic slide card.

I just recently had the pleasure of taking my family down to the Oceania for the first time in August. I was immediately taken back by the sure luxury of the condo. The condo had been extremely well maintained, and the owner went out of his way to make sure that our vacation was a wonderful one. The only thing that I didn't like about the condo was having to leave it when our vacation was over! I would recommend this rental to anyone! My family and I are already planning a return visit for next summer!
