This delightful Detached Villa located on La Finca Golf Course has stunning views of the Golf Course and superb panoramic views of the natural surrounding area complete with orange and lemon groves. In the distance you can see the Mediterranean Sea and the Torrevieja’s salt lakes. There are 3 twin bedrooms and a sofa bed. There is a family bathroom downstairs with toilet, bidet and bath with shower. Upstairs is the master bedroom complete with walk-in shower and large solarium that is equipped with patio table, chairs and sun beds. Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, over & hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The large lounge area has a 3-seater and 2-seater settee with coffee table and satellite TV and DVD and a dining table and chairs. From the lounge is a balcony area with patio table and chairs. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning throughout, a security alarm and safe deposit box. You have use of a large communal pool.

Located just outside the quiet Spanish village of Algorfa lies the premier La Finca Golf Course on which lies this delightful detached villa. Ideal for golfers with La Finca on your doorstep earmarked to have a future Spanish Open and the Ryder Cup. There is a extremely large and magnificent club house and also a 5 star hotel. There are plans for 2 more Golf Courses here in the future. You will find over 15 other golf courses within 30-45 minutes drive so there is plenty to choose from. For families this is an ideal base with the large communal pool located just to the rear of the property and a great meeting place for the children to make friends. Within 15 minutes drive is the 15Km Guardamar beach with acres of sand and safe swimming. The villa is located in a secure community and within a short walking distance there is a commercial centre with shops, banks, restaurants and bars. Within a short car journey are other Spanish villages and a visit to their markets is a must.

Additional information about rental rates

  • A deposit is required with your booking of 25% of the total rental cost. This is non-refundable. The balance of the rental cost is due 8 weeks before departure. This is non-refundable on cancellation. You are liable for any damage to the villa and its contents during your booking dates. Without any restriction to the foregoing we shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with your stay. A security deposit of £100 is due with the balance 8 weeks before departure. Two weeks before your visit we will send you the keys in the post.
    The villa keys must be returned to the address below within 14 days of your arrival home and the security deposit will then be returned to you if no loss or damage to the villa is advised to us by our maintenance company. In addition to the total rental cost you will be required on departure to leave 50 euros in the villa to cover cleaning costs.
  • We charge by the night so in the Low Season this is £30 per night and High Season is £50 per night.

We had a very nice holiday the weather was very hot. Very nice house and lovely beaches.

We have enjoyed our week here and were fortunate to have good weather. Guardamar beach is very nice and so is Santa Pola. The villa is very comfortable.

We hve has a lovely holiday. Weather very hot. Lovely comfortable house everything you need.

Excellent villa with everything we needed. Very hot. It was good to cool off in the pool. Satellite TV very useful for two teenage boys in their 'bored' moments.

Very nice villa, well equiped with everything you need. Lovely views of the mountains, closeby shops and amenities.

Second visit, back for the summaer. Boys enjoyed the swimming pool. Lovely walks around the golf course enjoying the lovely views. Peaceful and quiet area for a relaxing holiday.

The villa was easy to find and was clean and well maintained. Description is accurate. Customer service was excellent. We enjoyed the stay and recommend the villa to everybody. We went there for climbing and recommend the location to all climbers. It is centrally located to a lot of climbing areas which can be easily reached on the good highways and roads in this region.

La Finca Golf

We have now stayed at this property on at least 4 occasions over the last 2 years. It is very well appointed and very comfortable. The pool is a very short walk from the property and is quite large and well maintained.

When we first stayed here there were no facilities at all on site but now there are two bars a shop and a restaurant which greatly enhances it.

If you are staying at this property you will need to have a car as it is a 10 to 15 minute drive to get to the beach (Guadamar - which is very good) or one of the larger larger supermarkets.

Out of season the resort is very quitet and ideal for relaxing but it can get very busy during the summer school holiday period.

The location is only 35 minutes from Alicante and Cartagena and an hour from Murcia and is well situated to explore the surrounding Area. Santa Pola is always worth a visit as are the mountains north of Murcia.
