Maitland/Winter Park is the desirable upscale small town location! Conveniently close by, you will find great restaurants, movies, live theatre, professional basketball, shopping malls, outlet stores, antique stores, golf, tennis, and kayaking, rowing and boating on our many lakes. Lovely Lake Lily Park, just down the street, is a popular walking trail. The lake and park are one stop on the bicycle trail that winds throughout the area. Wonderful Cottage

The Oak Lane Cottage was nicely decorated and as described on the website. The cottage had a very comfortable floor plan with 2 large seating areas. It was also very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes so we were able to prepare several meals at the house.

I would recommend the cottage to anyone instead of a small hotel room. It was like home and a nice place to return to after a long day.

Great Little Cottage!

Dealing with Linda, the owner, was a pleasure. She was professional, from the first contact through return of our deposit. The property had been newly renovated, with new flooring, appliances and paint. In fact, the only slight negative was the fact that the floors needed to be cleaned thoroughly due to the recent remodeling activity. Furnishings and decor are great and lend to a very relaxing atmosphere. The parking accommodated both our cars easily and the property was easily accessed from several major thoroughfares and highways. Grocery stores and numerous restaurants are located within a 5-minute drive of the property. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay, especially with young children. The property had plenty of room for our under-two grandchildren. It is a great property, away from the normal "hotel and tourist rat-race." Thanks Linda, for a great stay. We will be back!
