Excellent for families, a fantastic swimming beach, and one of the best surfing spots in California. Volleyball, 8 fire pits blaze in the evening, and includes several parks and magnificent overlook. Daily, weekly, monthly. (This original house built in 1950's is 1st home built on Moonlight Beach) Excellent home for corporate parties, receptions, weddings, (ceremony held at adjacent Moonlight Beach Overlook, as well as graduation and family reunions. The Retreat is centrally located, 20 minutes north of downtown San Diego and south of Carlsbad/LaCosta . San Diego .offers entertainment, activities, and cultural sites for the entire family. This California beach home was originally designed as a five bedroom home on two levels. The beach level has been converted int the Beach Retreat with a spacious master bedroom, one nautical style full bath, and a large living room, convenient eating area, and a fully equipped kitchen. All overlooking the ocean. The ocean is a 9 iron away from the house. After a sun filled day, a delightful evening, complete the experience with your Jacuzzi overlooking the sunset

A movie was filmed here 'Champagne Gang' 2 years ago, the many locals as well as Hollywood guests have stated that this is the best spot in North County. Over 22 weddings have been held at the house, many parties and family reunions. It's the location that is so unique!!
