3 Bedroom, 3 Bath, Sleeps up to 6 Adults and 4 Children

This stunning semi-secluded villa in quiet Tankah Beach near Soliman Bay. It has a dramatic and unique open air floor plan, with a center palapa roof, and a stunning rock wall in the living area that drops right into the stunning outdoor pool! There are three adjoining private lockable air conditioned bedroom suites, all similar and very well appointed. The master has an ocean view jacuzzi, and all suites have ocean/beach views, TVs,, mini kitchens, refrigerators, coffee pots, ceiling fans and , a safe.

The spacious, Caribbean facing, fully equipped kitchen has a microwave and all the other appliances a guest will need. The architecture is awe inspiring. This villa comes with a kayak . Casa De Ensueno can now be rented as a luxury one bedroom beach front home (low season only), with exclusive use of the pool, beach front area, and living area

Casa De Ensueno Tankah Beach: Casa de Ensueno guests can feel connected to the world outside while enjoying the creature comforts of a resort like vacation rental beach villa. This is classic Riviera Maya! White sand beach, cool ocean breezes, and turquoise ocean against blue sky as far as you can see.

The main level of Casa Ensueno includes the open air circular living area with large built in sofa and raised kitchen and dining areas. Each of Casa Ensuenos’ bedrooms are enclosed areas, constructed of conventional block and concrete. The bedroom suites are designed for privacy and security.

Living and Bedrooms: Also on the main level, with access from the central living area is a large master suite. This main level bedroom suite is very spacious and equipped with everything you might need for private and cozy couples retreat including private bath and private patio area. There are also two single futons.

On the second level are two large bedroom suites. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have private bath. Each of the three bedrooms have been designed to create self contained private retreats. The bedrooms are furnished with king beds, one single futon and enjoy beautiful views of the Caribbean and Tankah Bay.

Tankah Tres beach is located just over one hour's drive south of the Cancun airport. Tankah is 10 minutes north of Tulum city and the ruins on the beach, 10 minutes south of Akumal, and 25 minutes from Playa Del Carmen. Activities and near by attractions are the Mayan ruins of Tulum, Muyil and Coba, Xel-Ha park, swim with dolphins, snorkeling, Hidden Worlds Cenotes cave and cavern diving as well as snorkeling and Sky Cycle through the jungle and cenotes, World class fly fishing in Punta Allen and the Sian Ka'an biosphere reserve, mangrove and bird watching tours in the biosphere, X'caret ecological park 45 minutes north of Tankah, scuba center located on Tankah beach, Italian restaurant within walking distance of the villa.

    Due to maintenance issues, we are offering special mid and low season rates:

    Last minute rentals (less than 1 month to arrival): $770/week for just 2pp, $100 for each guest over 2


    *All Holiday and High Season peak week reservations must be booked for a minimum of 7 nights.
    **Mid and Low Season reservations must be booked for a minimum of 5 nights.
    ***Rates are as a 1BR villa only, and available only by approval.
    A refundable Security Deposit of $500 will be collected upon final payment and returned once the property is vacated in good order. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults and 4 small children. Two cribs available; please add $150/extra guests over the base rate.

Fun in the sun!!!

This is the second time we stayed at this property and we still love it. The view from every room in the house is an experience all on its own, this is truly how Mexico should be enjoyed. We loved the Kayaks and snorkling, and best of all the peace and quiet. No crowds, the stars at night are a wonder so far from all the lights of the resorts and more importantly the feeling of security. The house is kept very clean and the staff is very attentive should you have any needs without invading the privacy that makes renting a home special. I have no doubt we will be renting this home again for vacation!

Wedding on the beach at Tankah Bay

What a perfect place for a small wedding on the beach! We had guests stay with us the weekend of the ceremony, then had the place to ourselves for the honeymoon, and it was so beautiful, peaceful, and private. The caretakers were great, snorkeling was awesome out on the reef, and we really enjoyed meals and drinks at the two restaurants nearby. It was wonderful to have the pool and the beach right there, literally in your livingroom. We want to go back!

Relaxing beach getaway!

We loved the house. The caretakers were polite, did a good job and did not intrude. There was no snorkeling equipment as stated. We liked the location but water shoes are a must as the beach is rocky in front of the house. We will definitely try to come back to this place! The restaurants within walking distance are very good!

Wonderful Stay

Thank you all so much for assisting my party of 6 with one of the most wonderful vacations we have taken in a long time. The house was beautiful and it was everything we imagined it would be. The caretakers were very helpful and considerate of our privacy, we appreciated their daily assistance very much. Tankah bay provided excellent beach combing, snorkeling, swimming, kayaking - and some very beautiful sunrises. We were never bored:-)

We will definitely be returning for another wonderful stay at Casa de Ensueno.
