This property is 1st Tier, which means it is 1 street up from the lake. It has no houses in front of it to obstruct your views of the lake and mountains. Very private. Nothing between you and the lake but pines! The vistas are lovely.

You have direct access to the lake. With Snow on the way you will love the level entry and big fireplace.

In season, The Beach Club is also just down West Shore and you can walk or drive with free parking lakeside.

Ask about the Spa Package! It is comp if you are renting Nov 9-17.

This house is well maintained with new appliances and a new roof 2009. New Carpeting 2011. All new double pane sliders and windows 2011.....very well maintained.

Winter notes: Located 9 miles from skiing and TUBING RUNS your fun in the SNOW is just minutes away. We provide directions too, plus sleds...

Summer notes...summer is just great fun- bring your fishing rod! PLUS ask about a day at the nearby health club/ spa.

Ski: Tubing: Snowdrift Winter Playground (909) 867-2640 is located on Highway 18, 5 miles east of Running Springs and offers tube-tobogganing under special-use permit from the Forest Service. Take 173 North Bay Road from Lake Arrowhead to Kuffel Canyon Road to 18 west (left) toward Running Springs and Big Bear. It is 4 Miles past Running Springs on the right. See website: Snowdrift.net

Snow Valley Ski Area (909) 867-2751. Not ready to try skiing or snowboarding yet? Enjoy Snow Valley's Snow Play area. Snow Play is a specially designated area at the base of the mountain where the whole family can enjoy a day in the snow. Snow Play is open 7 days a week from 10 AM to 4 PM, weather and conditions permitting.

Take the I-10 Freeway to Redlands and transition to Hwy 30 north to the 330. Follow Hwy 330 up the mountain where it joins Hwy 18 in Running Springs. Snow Valley is just 5 miles east of Running Springs on Hwy 18.

We had 14 family members stay for four nights. Sleeping arrangements were private in three separate bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Cooking in the large modern kitchen was a breeze. The outdoor deck surrounds the back of the house overlooking the lake. It is a perfect house for a large active family.

Thank you for the use of your lovely home. My family truly enjoyed our week in the treetops of Arrowhead. The house was perfect for all gathering together for meals and game time and spacious enough for sleeping all of us comfortably. The location was great and allowed for us to go to the village or the beach in just a few minutes. We look forward to a return visit.

The cabin is one of the most spacious and beautiful we have stayed in. It's just the right size for our family and anyone can enjoy their own space, wether relaxing in the balcony, preparing the food in the kitchen, sleepy heads in the bedrooms and the young and young at hearts enjoying the game room. It was a special weekend for my dad (who got ill and nearly was not able to travel from Asia), he loved the view of the lake and the sorrounding areas and enjoyed the walks to the lake and the village. We will definitely come back"
