Would rent this property again

This property was nicely appointed and very clean. The owners were attentive. Given the area, it was fairly priced. At most, it's one-and-a-half block from the beach (five minutes walk at most). While being clean, there are elements that reveal that it has been used such as a large chip in the tub, the ceiling fan in one bedroom was loud - the owner came out and adjusted it but it starting making noise again and we gave up using it, not that we needed it, there were no cooling problems. All the towels smelled fresh and seemed thoroughly cleaned as did the provided kitchen equipment (I expected we would not really have cheap equipment). Our dogs were as happy here as we were. The owners sat down at the time of arrival and gave us an introduction to the island and eating establishments, etc. the value to price ratio was perfect. It was a very good experience all the way around and we would certainly rent this property again. From Rowlett, TX.
