BBQ gas grill, front loader washer & dryer in the house, powder room and seating area for you to read your favorite book. A 500 sq ft master bedroom suite on the second level with 2 person Jacuzzi, dual sink, separate shower, balcony over looking pool, & separate air conditioning control for your comfort. There is a kids bedroom with twin bunks. Sit and relax in a pool or walking around the neighborhood where Mann Chinese theater/Kodak theater, Hollywood walk of fame, Hollywood and Vine, Museums, Hollywood Bowl, Shopping mall, Starbucks coffee shop, Internet cafe, restaurants, & library are only within 5 to 15 minutes walk.
