House is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood of vacation homes, 2 tenths of a mile and less than a 3 minute walk to deeded beach rights on Nantucket sound. This house is newly renovated and offers updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, sun porch, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, and outdoor patio (with patio furniture picnic table and gas grill). The house sleeps up to 13 people comfortably
Beach: The house has deeded beach rights to the beach at the Blue Water Resort on South Shore Drive. Nearby beaches are: Smugglers Beach at the Bass River, South Middle Beach, and Parkers River Beach. Enjoy a leisurely walk on the beach which stretches for app. 1 mile, or bring your children to the playground at Parkers River Beach. Concession stands are located at both Smugglers and Parker River Beaches
Golf: Nearby golf courses are: The Bass River Country Club, Bayberry Hills Country Club (27 holes), and Blue Rock Golf Course (18 hole executive couse).
Other Activities: Miniature golf, batting cages, golf driving range, and indoor arcade are located within a mile.
