Jane is an artist and a designer and Ron is a contractor. They both have teamed up over the last forty years to build homes with balance and flow that they and visitors can enjoy. It is like creating a feeling that is appealing to the senses. Over the years with Jane’s visions and Ron’s construction ability and help from various architects, several of their homes have been awarded; have been in charity events for architectural walks and in publications.

Why Owner chose Puako
When we found Puako we felt we were home. It reminded us of old Hawaii, a sleepy little street running along the Beautiful Kahoka Coast. It was not our intent while building to use it as a vacation rental. It just happened and we have been very fortunate to share this paradise with others.
Guestbook comments from the owner
We wish to thank the Jenny Family for the use of their beautiful vacation home in Puako, Big Island Hawaii. Our time there will not soon be forgotten and was enjoyed by all who were privileged to experience it. The home was not only architecturally impressive, but also well-appointed, well staffed, and exceptionally maintained. Thanks for everything that was provided during our stay and all for the exceptional customer service that preceded it. Mahalo
