3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Family Room Full Futon,Sleeps 6-8

Nestled in the pines on Prospect Mountain, in-town, yet private location. No really close neighbors. 1248 sq ft house and over 700 sq ft of decks. Two levels of deck on the mountain view side and one large dining, hot tub deck. Upstairs- living room, fully equipped kitchen, queen bedroom with attached bath. 24' deck from patio doors in living room. All decorated in mountain themes. Lower walk out has yet another deck 30', family room with futon, queen bedroom with attached bath. The third room has a queen bed and dresser, and stacked washer/dryer. We offer unlimited free long distance, and high speed Internet. Wildlife is abundant. You are close enough to walk to town, and within walking distance to Shopping, the Aerial Tramway, Fun City with miniature golf, slides, bumper boats, race cars, and one of Estes's favorite restaurants, Sweet Basilico! You can sit on the deck and watch the tram ascend Prospect Mountain through the trees. We do recommend a 4WD vehicle for winter guests.

Fantastic Location, Warm & Cozy House & 3 Decks: Decorated in Mountain theme. Personal attention paid to detail for comfort, convenience, and your enjoyment. Wonderful outdoor space with 3 decks and a true mountain setting with boulders, rock outcroppings, and pines. Plenty of room to explore and enjoy the wildlife that frequents the cabin.

If You Like to Golf...: Estes Park Golf Course was recently rated #6 in the United States for beautiful courses in the 'Golf Book Of Lists.'

About Linda

We have been property owners (long term rental homes) for over 30 years. We fell in love with Estes Park and the mountains and wanted to spend more of our time here. We purchased Pine Cone Cabin in 2004 and it has been everything we had wanted in a vacation home. We now have the wonderful opportunity to share our home with our special guests and see the joy they find in the Estes Park and Rocky Mountain area!

Pine Cone Cabin is in a unique location. Located on a private, in-town, road. Close to all of the attractions, restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, and RMNP, yet you have nice privacy and a truly beautiful setting at the cabin. You will be staying on your own piece of the mountain and will love the surroundings!

Pine Cone cabin is in a great location with beautiful views from all the decks- the house is stocked with everything one could possibly need to enjoy their stay. The owners have done a great job with the decorating, and the hot tub was awesome! I hope to return!

The cabin had everything you could want to prepare an excellent dinner. The beds were comfortable and the property is cute. Close to everything. My three year old grandchild loved the toy bears!

Wonderful home!

We spent a three-day weekend in Estes at this lovely home, and it was perfect for our family. It was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had four children, and three of them slept very comfortably on the futon. The location of this house is so perfect because it's like you're alone in the woods, but yet only three blocks or so from the slide, race cars, bumper boats, and miniature golf. We had a wonderful time. We would defintely stay here again.

Everything We Hoped For and More!

The Pine Cone cabin was amazing!! It was everything we had hoped it would be and more. It was a perfect floor plan for our family. Our daughter and son-in-law and 2 year old grand-daughter went with us and it is a wonderful place for two families. It was very clean and stocked so well we did not need or want for anything. We were lucky to be able to meet Linda the owner. She is very nice and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property.

Setting was beautiful!

This was the greatest New Year's celebration/vacation we could have asked for! Our group was all from Florida, so quite an adventure for us. The setting was beautiful, the cabin a dream, and the hot tub was amazing. Thank you so much for a get away we will never forget. We already want to come back!
