Sunny, charming, immaculate, this remodeled rental is situated at the end of a small, quiet, residential street that dead ends at Hyannis inner harbor, making it very quiet. The rental, on the first floor offers modern, comfortable furnishings and a large front porch for outdoor use. The upstairs (owners) quarters has its own entrance around to the back of the house. House has lovely landscaping/night lighting.

Nearest beach:   beach at 0.1 Miles
Car: necessary

Walk about 100 yards to our lovely, well cared for neighborhood beach. Swim, sunbathe and enjoy the view of Lewis Bay and the many boats that enter Hyannis Inner Harbor every year. Fun area for fishing, especially for kids. Three houses away is the beautiful Hyannis Marina where you can lunch at one of the area's best restaurants over looking the harbor or better still have dinner and watch the sunset over the Harbor and town. A 15 minute walk brings you to the town docks on Hyannis Harbor with tour boats, charter deep sea fishing trips, ferries to the islands and great restaurants. Downtown Hyannis with its quaint shops and lovely town common is again a 15 minute walk. The Steamship Authority (high speed ferry to Nantucket) is a 10 minute walk, thus eliminating parking fees. House (apartment) is perfect for family fun, lovely safe area with the convenience of a 2 minute walk to the beach.
