This listing is for rental of a fully furnished 2 bedroom home. Easy access to and from I-196 & to Public access to Lake Michigan and private beaches. Rental property located on 7 acres of land and surrounded by variety of trees. Peaceful and quiet location makes for a great relaxing week long getaway or extended vacation. Home comes fully furnished. All you need to do is bring your own towels! Gas grill for BBQing and fully furnished deck. Home has Satellite TV, heat and air conditioning. Minutes drive to downtown South Haven and other local attractions. 1 restaurant within very short walking distances and others minutes away. Lake Michigan access is approx. 1/2 mile or 2 minutes drive.

Fennville Winery approx. 5miles away. Fishing on North Pier and lake fishing excursions available at marina.

This is an apartment attached to the weekend home of the owners. It worked out quite well for our family, with plenty of sleeping accomodations, full kitchen, BBQ and deck. What made it extra special was the owners who took time to give us a welcoming tour of town, a gigantic yard full of apple and pear trees, and a location far enough away from the city to thoroughly enjoy catching fireflys and stargazing. The accomodations are simple and welcoming. No pretentiousness here. We recommend this for any family looking for a simple, affordable location in a great location.
