Welcome! Relax and enjoy your unparalleled view in this almost-new townhouse-style (2 level) condo, located in one of the newest and nicest family communities on the Jersey shore. Diamond Beach sits between the charming, historic town of Cape May and the fun of the Wildwoods, and is minutes from both. You have a gorgeous, unobstructed view of Jarvis Sound, expansive wetlands, and gorgeous sunsets, but youi are only a 5 minute walk (3 blocks) to one of the prettiest white sand beaches in New Jersey. Six beach tags are provided. Cape May Wildlife Refuge is one-half block away, with paths and access to a pristine, undeveloped beach.

  • June - .. $2200/week (Saturday to Saturday), July - Aug - ... $2,300/week (Saturday to Saturday). 50% deposit ($1,100) and $400 security deposit required 1 month prior to rental. Rental must be paid in full minimum 2 weeks prior to rental. No refunds for cancellations unless unit can be rented for same week. Check-in time 4:00 pm, check out time 11:00 am. May or Sept rentals-$1,800/week; Apr. or Oct. rentals-$1,600/week. Holiday Weekend rates - $350 per night. Most other weekend rates - $300/night. Contact owners for other weekly/holiday rates. Year-round rentals available.

The condo is comfortably and attractively furnished with all amenities. Downstairs is secure indoor garage parking for two cars, a full bath, and den with pullout sofa and daybed. Upstairs are three bedrooms (including a bright master with a private bath, and a queen and a twin with a shared bath), living area and fully equipped kitchen. This is a southern end unit, so each room has a bright southern exposure. There are wetland and water views from every window. We even have a small lending library! The large covered deck is like another room; the panoramic views are breathtaking in any weather. Bird enthusiasts, this is an ideal condo for you. Not only are you close to all of Cape May County's birding hotspots, the best vantage point of all may be your own deck. Bring your binoculars!

This townhouse-style condo has it all. You can walk to excellent restaurants, putt putt golf, and specialty stops. The beaches are wide, clean, and voted the best in New Jersey. We have beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella for you to use. Sit back and relax, play at the beach, or watch the wildlife. If you want to explore, we are a short car ride from anything the shore has to offer. Come and make some beautiful memories this summer, or any time.

Can't say enough good things about this condo. Our extended family spent a beautiful week there in August 09. Every amenity has been thought out and provided. We practically lived on the porch. The owner goes out of his way to make sure that your stay is a great experience. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet spot, while being blocks away from all the action. The condo was spotless and well stocked. While the younger set enjoyed Wildwood's boardwalk, we all enjoyed Cape May and a good time was hade by all. David was a pleasure to deal with.

Wonderful family vacation

We rented the condo for our annual family vacation - my husband and I, our two young daughters, my brother and my sister-in-law, and dad. It was perfect for our group with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and a bedroom and bathroom downstairs.

We found the condo immaculate and very well stocked. There were plenty of beach chairs, extra towels and sheets, as well as books and games. The greatest feature was definitely the terrace. We ate every meal out there and hung out playing board games long after the kids went to bed. The sunset views were amazing. It's a very quiet complex with a nice pool, and it's a short walk to the beach.

David was a pleasure - everything was exactly as he'd explained. We'd definitely return.

this place was unbelievable!!! we plan on spending every year from now on at this place. the veiw was awesome, the place was top of the line all the way and super clean. very upscale and the kids had there own little getaway downstairs!!!!!!! i kept forgetting that we were still in nj!!!!!
