Our unit was especially designer decorated in an upscale Caribbean theme and used as a designer's showroom model. Both the living room and master bedroom are directly on the gulf. From the third floor you can enjoy people watching on the beach, in the pool and the beautiful emerald waters of the gulf. Ocean Villa is an exclusive low density condo/resort with amazing amenities. These amenities include: seasonally heated indoor/outdoor pool, large outdoor pool located beachside with a sundeck and lounge chairs, oversized hot tub, sauna, steam room, exercise room, 2 gas barbeque grills, and covered parking.

Located on Front Beach Road in the heart of Panama City Beach, our condo is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and a movie theatre. Jet skis as well as parasailing are available for rent seasonally, directly out front on the beach. It is just a short drive to marinas for fishing, snorkeling, diving, shelling excursions and dinner cruises. YOU CAN EVEN SWIM WITH THE DOLPHINS! Other attractions include water parks, museums, mini golf, scooter rental, golf courses, Gulf World and much more!

Other Activities: swim with the dolphins, dinner cruises, Gulf World, some books and games provided

Beautiful place, very well furnished. Great location within building. Close to shopping, nightclubs and anything else you might need. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to vacation in Panama City beach.
