Stone Harbor House Rental Photos and Description
House, 4 Bedrooms, 2.25 Baths
137 109 ST may be on the widest street in Stone Harbor.
This is a rare street in Stone Harbor because the street itself is one of the widest on the island. All homes are on oversize lots so you do not feel cramped. The lot next to the home has been vacant since 2007. The enormous enclosed deck directly off the kitchen is ideal for relaxing or having your meals. There are ceiling fans in all rooms, keeping the air moving on the warmest days. The deck is off of three of the bedrooms for coffee.
If you’re looking for a quiet place that is still close to everything, this location is it!

My mom raised four sons after our dad died at age 40. All of her sons were first generation college graduates. As children, we made trips to the shore. We lived in a 12ft row home in Mayfair. Money was always tight, but it was never an issue.
My brothers' and nephews' academic and athletic accomplishments are exceptional, but forced modesty limits any further discussion, except in the case of Matt Heck.
Matt is a twenty-year-young, bone marrow donor. He does not know the recipient, but he may have saved her life. There are articles about Matt, which the family later learned about from others.
Mom is 89 and loves the shore. She makes at least two trips a year and has a few choices on which home to visit. She does not have to worry about money, but she is the first to look for a discount.
I am fortunate to have my family.
Professionally, I’ve had great mentors who have made my shore properties possible.
I am a CPA and I hold a New Jersey realtors license. Those who know me can attest to my knowledge. I love shore real estate and am fortunate that I can donate at least 50 % of my sales commissions to charity.
How fortunate can a man be to do what he loves (selling real estate), to donate to charity, and to see Matt on the holidays?
Best to everyone! (Excuse my spelling!)
I love the street and beautiful homes on the street. In 2007, I purchased additional ground which provided two oversize lots. I sold one and had this home moved to its current position.
Of the 12 homes I have purchased and sold, this is my favorite. Manny told me to tear it down and build a new home.
I am glad I didn't.
