Condo Information:
The Unit (507 5th floor) is Beach front, Full Unobstructed Views of the Gulf of Mexico from Private Balcony, Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. Views of the Intercoastal from both bedrooms and dining room. The bedrooms are carpeted as is the unit upstairs, so all will be quiet when sleeping.
The rest of the unit has all brand new tile. The unit is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator.

The condo is 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. If you are flying in to St. Petersburg, it's about 10-15 minutes to the Bldg.
This unit was recently re-furbished with all brand new furniture, paint, tile flooring, all new windows, new sliders for private balcony, etc
Unit Information:
If by chance you have a boat or rent one, there is a boat/fishing pier directly across the street from the Building, with a rental fee of $10.00 per day, to be paid to the rental office.
The kitchen is full size, with full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, double toaster and great blender, all cookware any one would need is also provided.
You have a full unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexcio from private balcony (new patio furniture there, two tables, 4-6 chairs,) view of the gulf also from living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Intercoastal views from both bedrooms and dining room.
There is a heated pool on the premises with lounge chairs all around along with two Tiki Huts.
Bath/Shower, just outside the pool area. BBQ grills with table/chairs just outside of pool area. Shuffle Board is located nearby the BBQ grills.
Surrounding Area Information:
There are many wonderful restaurants all along Gulf Boulevard, from very very casual to upscale.
Some of our favorites are Kenny's Korner, south of the unit for breakfast, fast, very friendly, very reasonable and great food.
Many seafood restaurants also, such as Crabby Bills (everyone's favorite), Conch's Republic south of the Building right on the Intercoastal.
Also, we highly reccomend the Pub, north of the unit, right on the intercoastal where you can watch boaters come and go from private dock, watch the wildlife while enjoying a great meal.
A Publix Grocery Store is located about 2 miles south of the unit. They have everything!
There are many sightseeing opps. including Busch Gardens for a day trip. One of our favorite spots is St. Johns Pass, south of the Unit, lots of small unique shops, restaurants, boat/fishing tours. If you catch fish while on a tour, all operators will clean the fish for you.
