New, luxury condominium unit located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches of Panama City. Be one of the first to stay in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit, beautifully decorated to 5 star standards. Stay in the lap of luxury at down to earth prices. Our unit is located only 1 mile east of Pier Park shopping center home of excellent shopping, restaurants ( home of Jimmy Buffet's Margarittaville ) Rave movie theaters etc. For nightly rentals ( 3 night minimum ) add 10.5% tax and $90 cleaning fee. Local owners allows for potential last minute unit rental. This incredible unit sleeps 8 easily without anyone having to sleep on the floor. This unit comes with pillow top/memory foam mattresses ( King in Master & Queen in guest ). All rooms have TV's & DVD players. We also offer a complimentary beach umbrella and 2 lounge chairs with this unit, which is a $200 a week value!
