Our town is famous for having the London Bridge...yes, THE London Bridge that was shipped over here, piece by piece from London in 1968. We are about 2 1/2 hours Southeast of Las Vegas, NV, located on AZ 95...19 miles South of Interstate 40...you would turn South on 95 there...at the famous Pilot Travel Station....19 miles later is the center of Lake Havasu City. Across the lake from us to the West is California. To the South of Lake Havasu City the lake continues for about 23 miles...to Parker Dam.

You can't beat this home for the price!: This is just a lovely, expansive home in a peaceful, clean neighborhood located just 2minutes to the lake, if that. The view from the skydeck of the lake and surrounding mountains is worth the trip on its own. Every amenity has been thought of for your enjoyment. A fuel station and convenience store with great food is around the corner.
