Also, wireless internet access is available on the Club House premises. We have iPod speakers in our condo.....all you need to bring is your iPod to hear your favorite music!!! Two brand new air-conditioning units just installed - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. This provides better temperature control and privacy throughout the unit.

Enjoy the Sunshine at Our Condo!: Our very bright ground-level unit is centrally located within the resort overlooking the tennis courts. Our porch is in a perfect location for sitting outside in the summer - there is plenty of sunshine compared to other units that directly face the woods. You can step off of our porch onto a large grass area that is ideal for yard games or just hanging out and relaxing.

Summer Activities & Attractions: Attitash Mountain, Clark's Trading Post, Conway Scenic Railroad, Flume Gorge, Great Glen Trails, Hobo Railroad, Loon Mountain, Lost River Gorge, Mt. HC Seasons Rental best value in the area

My family stayed at the condo from Thurs 6/19 - Sun 6/22.
The unit was immpecably kept! The decor is contemporary (circa 2008) and still kid friendly (non-breakable). The unit has great natural lighting as well. Master bedroom w/bath was very spacious. The 2nd bedroom had bunks which work really well for kids - there is room for an aero bed if needed. Plenty of closet space and bureaus. The kitchen was well stocked. Family room was comfy and clean. Unit is on first floor, partially underground so temp was very comfortable - we had no need to turn on A/C in unit. Deck was a nice area for post Storyland pre-dinner cocktails :). Club house has a lot for kids - arcade & pool. Playground area is BUGGY - bring repellent is you want to be outdoors (even during the day). The owners did a great job of putting together a binder with brochures etc for the area. Most helpful was the restaurant recommendations!! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the condo for anyone traveling on a budget w/kids this summer. Having all the conveniences of home (washer/dryer in unit) was more than we could ask for!! We'll be back for sure :)

CLEAN! Updated!! Very nice condo. We rented here end of July, and everything was provided,and it was very clean. Great communication with the owners too. This was our 7th summer vacation in the mountains,and this was the nicest place so far. We have stayed at the Seasons b4, but this was by far the cleanest, and most updated. It made for a great, relaxing time for our family of 4. Hope to come back next year!! Thanks! ~ Agawam, MA

Wonderful!

The condo was clean, comfortable and a joy to stay in. The owner's thought of everything including games for the kids (not to mention the bunk beds, which were a big hit!), everything a well-stocked kitchen should have and a binder of all-things-New Hampshire. The kids loved the pool and games room and we got to meet other guests at the weekly campfire where the attendant had sticks waiting for our marsh mellows. On the admin side, the transaction couldn't have gone any smoother. We will be back! "The Swain's", Nova Scotia, Canada, Summer 2010

Awesome Trip

Thanks so much - we had a great trip June 30 - July 3rd. The condo is perfectly positioned for exploring the White Mountains and NH. It is also extremely clean and well equipped. The onsite facilities and club house make it a perfect family getaway. 10/10.

Nicely furnished, comfy condo close to everything!

I've stayed at this condo several times over the last couple years, and my wife and I keep coming back! The unit is nicely decorated with the latest furniture and appliances, flat screen TV in the bedroom, so you'll feel right at home - actually more comfortable than home! We stayed a couple other units from the Seasons, and it feels like you're walking back to the 1980s - everything is old and worn. This unit is located on the ground level and walks out to a large field and tennis courts which is convenient. There's a pool and hot tub in the club house which is nice...the Seasons is very close to Attitash which is great if you like to ski or board like me. I highly recommend this unit, plus the rates are great too
