Notes: Recreation Club House includes an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, game room (pool tables, ping-pong, air hockey, video games) and outdoor fire pit. Also, wireless internet access is available on the Club House premises. We have iPod speakers in our condo.....all you need to bring is your iPod to hear your favorite music!!! Two brand new air-conditioning units just installed - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. This provides better temperature control and privacy throughout the unit.

Enjoy the Sunshine at Our Condo!: Our very bright ground-level unit is centrally located within the resort overlooking the tennis courts. Our porch is in a perfect location for sitting outside in the summer - there is plenty of sunshine compared to other units that directly face the woods. You can step off of our porch onto a large grass area that is ideal for yard games or just hanging out and relaxing.

Summer Activities & Attractions: Attitash Mountain, Clark's Trading Post, Conway Scenic Railroad, Flume Gorge, Great Glen Trails, Hobo Railroad, Loon Mountain, Lost River Gorge, Mt. My family stayed at the condo from Thurs 6/19 - Sun 6/22.
The unit was immpecably kept! The decor is contemporary (circa 2008) and still kid friendly (non-breakable). The unit has great natural lighting as well. Master bedroom w/bath was very spacious. The 2nd bedroom had bunks which work really well for kids - there is room for an aero bed if needed. Plenty of closet space and bureaus. The kitchen was well stocked. Family room was comfy and clean. Unit is on first floor, partially underground so temp was very comfortable - we had no need to turn on A/C in unit. Deck was a nice area for post Storyland pre-dinner cocktails :). Club house has a lot for kids - arcade & pool. Playground area is BUGGY - bring repellent is you want to be outdoors (even during the day). The owners did a great job of putting together a binder with brochures etc for the area. Most helpful was the restaurant recommendations!! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the condo for anyone traveling on a budget w/kids this summer. Having all the conveniences of home (washer/dryer in unit) was more than we could ask for!! We'll be back for sure :)

Long weekend

We rented the condo for a long weekend in August. Making the rental arrangements with the owners was very simple. The rental was immaculate when we arrived. The sleeping areas were very comfortable and roomy. Two bathrooms were a huge plus with three adults and three 2-year-olds. The closed proximity to area attractions is a plus. There is an indoor pool which we really enjoyed as a family. We would definitely consider another stay here in the future.

Wonderful condo

This is a VERY clean, up-to-date condo with everything needed for a pleasant stay. We had two adults and two children, and it was perfect. The kids loved the bunk beds and we were all very comfortable. Loved the extras such as books, games, etc.
We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo... great vacation!

We had a fabulous 4 day July visit and found this condo to be the perfect place! It was comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated. The master bedroom was spacious and the 2nd bedroom with bunkbeds, was perfect for our 2 daughters. The kitchen was well-equipped, and it was nice having a washer/dryer available. We loved the location, as it was a quick drive to Storyland, and an even quicker drive to the Attitash water slides (which were a blast!). Enjoyed the clubhouse and pool, and it was great to be able to rent movies as well. The owners provide a binder with area information (i.e. restaurants and attractions), which was appreciated. We only ate out one night (at the Red Parka Restaurant). We loved the salad bar, but weren't too crazy about the food. We will definitely plan on going back!

Storyland Vacation

We stayed here for a Storyland vacation with our two children ages 1 and 2. The unit was very clean and nicely updated. Master bedroom was spacious. The bureau was a little small, but closet space was great. Second bedroom had two bunk beds, but easily fit two pack and plays for the little ones.

The clubhouse was great for renting movies after the kids were asleep. The pool was great on rainy days. The staff at the clubhouse could have been a little more friendly. The kids enjoyed the playground and the walks around the property.

FYI...there is major construction happening outside...if you need to get to N. Conway, take West Side Rd.

The owners did a great job of supplying area information including menus and area attractions. There was no menu for the Spaghetti Shed, but go for the pizza...yummy.

Seven minutes to Storyland...great for getting back for naps! Would definitely recommend staying here for other families.
