Simple Vineyard Cape, ideal for a couple or small family. 2 blocks from Cronig's area in Vineyard Haven. Bright living room with massive couch, desk, TV (VCR/DVD/Cable) and DSL-high speed internet.
Two bedrooms upstairs (Queen with AC & set of twin beds with AC, one bedroom downstairs (Queen, no AC). Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, blender. New washer & dryer in basement. Backyard deck with BBQ-grill faces a sundown view through 7 acres of woods, adjacent to Lake Tashmoo...combines privacy with convenience. Enclosed outdoor shower, facing the woods, under the stars. It's dark enough to see great stars!).
Private road, near all the restaurants & stores of of this upper State Road business district. One mile from Ferry, 2 blocks from Park & Ride bus stop at Cronig's Market. Well behaved dogs allowed.
