Luxuriously equipped with every amenity from a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, US & Canadian Satellite HD TV, comfortable patio furniture, and 2 large bedrooms and two baths. Master BR has a king-sized bed, and the guest BR has 2 double beds. Brand new leather living room furniture and Sony 40 inch HD TV with US and Canadian Satellite Channels. Brand new built in stainless barbecue on terrace. El Zalate has 3 pools and a hot tub. Restaurant on site. 5 minute drive from downtown traditional San Jose del Cabo, 20 minutes from Cabo San Lucas. Close to golf and restaurants. Quiet family atmosphere in this unique, full owned (no time shares) development.

Golfing Paradise: Every day is a perfect day for golfing when you stay at our El Zalate condo. There are 7 championship golf courses within 20 minutes of our condo. You can golf 10 minutes away at the lovely 9 hole Mayan Plaza (formerly the campo de golf municipale) course, which is suitable for golfers of all abilities. Or, challenge yourself at the world famous One and Only Palmilla, a 10 minute drive away, where you can chose from the Ocean, Mountain or Arroyo courses (27 holes in all.) There are lots of other options, each more spectacular than the previous. Ask our property managers, Gail and Larry, for up to date golfing information.
