If walking is your thing, you are walking distance to the canal where joggers, runners and inline skaters meet and greet. Shopping and Restaurants Galore: If you love to shop until you drop, this is your dream spot. You are across the street from Biltmore Fashion Square. This is Prime shopping with all name brand retailers: Saks, Niemans, speciality boutiques. This is an outdoor shopping experience, so stop by one of many various restaurants in the area too a coffee or an afternoon cocktail. In terms of restaurants, you can also walk to all the name restaurants that will take your reservation with pleasure! You are close to the Biltmore hotel and spa which is legendary for its superb dining and spa treatments. The Ritz hotel is down the street still serving English High Tea - lovely!!! Want a more relaxed atmosphere? Check out the new La Grande L' Orange, Postinos or other close hot spot restaurants to see and be seen!

Hiking, Mountain Biking, Walking and Golf: The condominium contains books with hiking trails all within ten minutes of you. Depending on your level of energy that day, hike Camelback mountain or just venture leisurely to Lost Dutchman's trail. If you are a mountain biker, this place if for you. More mountain biking trails than any other metro area. And, if walking is your thing, walk right over to the water canal for a leisurely strole. Everyone uses the canal for jogging , biking and walking their dogs! A great way to meet and great your neighbors; us Phoenicians are very friendly! Ask if you wish to use mountain bikes during your stay!

Museums, Orchestras, Opera and Ballet to boot!!!: Yes, while Phoenix is known for Golf, did you also know we have a world class symphony, opera, ballet and art museums. Yes, very true indeed. Check out the Orpheum Theatre, Gammage, The Phoenix Symphony and the Phoenix Art Museum and their fine collection of Modern and Impressionist art - you will sure to be surprised by the depth of the collection!

GREAT PLACE

My husband and I and our two kids came to enjoy a week away from the cold of the north (we are from Minnesota).

We had never booked a condo or home with a private party as you just never know. After this experience staying at Terry's place in Phoenix, we won't stay at another hotel. It is amazing what you get for the money compared to a hotel - someone to greet you on check in (Terry is very into the details of being a good host and has brochures, things to do, directions to best spots..), BEAUTIFUL place with real art from around the world, sheets, towels, linens and kitchen items are first rate. She has not spared expense in making the experience nice and the kids wanted to move in permanently. The grounds have a heated spa and pool, large club room with fireplace and pool table (our teenage son loved it!), a business center with computers (although high speed internet is in the condo), and a full gym with what looks like new equipment (my husband used it everyday and I lounged at the pool!). The location is on Camelback Road so if you turn left or right out of the condo and in five minutes you get to the best shopping and restaurants at Biltmore or Fashion Square. You are close to the zoo, museums, water parks, and a beautiful desert garden (I think it was a botanical garden but really nice).

I usually am not the type to sit and write such a glowing report but Terry really took the time to make our stay special and so I just wanted to write this for all of you who may be thinking of spending some time in Ariziona. This is a great place!

This was a great find. The condo is great with new and contempory furnishings, all remodeled and NICE towels. You can tell the owner cares you have a great experience. We could walk to hiking, restaurants and walked the canals (fun in Phoenix). For the location, the great pool and grounds and the beautiful condo, cant beat it. I booked for next year.
