Beach Heaven is a large, luxurious 2 bedroom penthouse villa located on gorgeous golden sand 1 and 1/4 mile long Simpson Bay beach. This beach has only private homes and small exclusive guest houses, so it is virtually private and non-commercial. As secluded as it may seem, it is only steps away from the main road full of dozens of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, theatres, shops, spas, and more! The third floor of a three story, three unit building, this is a modern and fully outfitted home, with tropical style and comfortable ambiance. Private parking, a shared pool (in front of the other La Siesta building which has 11 units), all new appliances, king size beds in both bedrooms, theatre stereo sound for TV/DVD/CD system, secure building, amenities galore-this is a dream vacation home. Maid Service and Property Manager on duty. St. Maarten is at your fingertips here-you may never want to leave!
