Located in the East Cobb neighborhood of Indian Hills, this spacious 8 room step less ranch home features a fenced backyard with built-in pool. The house is beautifully furnished and includes three bedrooms, a large family room with adjoining kitchen, screened back porch, dining room, den and formal living room. There are 3 TVs, 2 have DVD players. The neighborhood features sidewalks and is close to theaters, shopping, an ice rink and the Chatahoochee River.

Also nearby is the White Water theme park open in the summer. Six Flags Over Georgia is about 30 minutes away. Downtown Marietta and Roswell square both feature historic homes, antique shopping and great restaurants.

Very nice, clean house with open kitchen/family room that looks out onto the in-ground swimming pool that myself, wife, daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Great master bedroom with sitting room. Nice residential neighborhood. The owners were thoughtful enough to even have the small amenities like laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent available. My family enjoyed a relaxing private poolside vacation and I would recommend this home to anyone seeking to balance the close proximity of Atlanta and it's sights with the quiet and relaxing atmosphere of the suburbs.
