You can dine from the deck that boasts a fantastic view of Byers Peak or cozy up by the fire inside. This home has been beautifully furnished and decorated with all of the comforts of home. It has a spacious layout with hardwood floors, 2 master suites, a beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite countertops that is fully equipped, and a bunk room for the kids. There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, and 1 day bed with 1 trundle to comfortably sleep 12. Other amenities include very spacious bedrooms, pillow top mattresses, a gas fireplace, WiFi, cable, DVD, a deck with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill, washer/dryer, and one car garage.

If you're coming to enjoy the water, Lake Granby and Grand Lake offer sailing, boating, and water skiing. The Fraser River offers excellent fly fishing. The winter offers miles of snowmobiling trails in the Grand Lake area. Winter Park and Sol Vista Basin are the two ski areas that cater to all skiing abilities. There are also hundreds of miles of backcountry and groomed cross country trails in the area.
