I contacted Andy about renting the house for two nights and he was more than helpful with all the arrangements. There was a group of us who were interested in going wine tasting and this was definitly the perfect location to stay! I would highly recommend this house not only if you are interested in visiting the wineries but for a weekend getaway with friends. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and extremely well- maintained. Every room is up to date and there is also a basement. The description that was on the website was very accurate. The house looked smaller on the outside then it actually is once you get in there, so don't let that deter you. The bedrooms were a decent size and there was plenty of towels, sheets, cooking ware, etc. that made our stay so easy. The backyard was huge and was definitely big enough to play some good ol' fashioned whiffle ball. Andy provided us with a binder full of things to do in the area. My only suggestion is to NOT eat at Jerry and the Mermaid as two people in our party got sick from the food. Overall I would highly recommend this house and plan on staying there again in the future.

Owner's Response: We try hard to make sure everyone enjoys their stay. There are many things to do in the area whether your party is a group of singles looking for a wine tasting trip or a family looking for a nice vacation. I am happy to answer all questions to make sure all renters are well informed. The basement is the rec-room described on the website. It has a pull out couch, a regular couch, the futon bunkbed along with the TV and video games. This room can comfortably sleep 4 or more guests.
I have personally eaten at Jerry's over 50 times over the years and have never had an issue. I still think they have the best wings that I have ever tasted!!
