Fully equipped kitchen and dining areas provide option to have quick or formal dinner. Your family will enjoy the wireless internet access, game room, and TVs in all bedrooms. Master suites have LCD TV with built in DVD player. Details like extended pool deck, pool furniture, pool bath, lighted pool, tiled common areas, and washer/dryer will make your stay even more comfortable and relaxing. All bedrooms and family room have ceiling fans for added comfort. A centrally monitored security system is included for your peace of mind. Free use of resort amenities including fitness center, pool, spa, game arcade, playground, cyber cafe, and sundry shop. A fantastic villa! Location is perfect - close enough to the main attractions but on a quiet resedential development. The facilities in the clubhouse were excellent and the villa management company were very helpful. Villa was very well equipped and the furnishings were of an exceptionally high standard. The master bedroom has the biggest bed we have ever seen!! Great pool and spa, which were well maintained. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

Great vacation home!

We have rented vacation homes several times. This home is very comfortable and clean. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay! We loved the spa and pool area and spent much time out in the lanai. The home was reasonably close to the theme parks, shopping and dining. The resort area felt safe and secure. We have stayed at the Aviana Resort before and our kids loved the clubhouse area with pool, park and volleyball! We would definitely rent this home again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Home away from home

This home was an excellent base for our central Florida vacation! It was very clean, well laid out, spacious and and a real bargain compared to other area hotel rates. Why stay in a little cramped up room, when you can have a full sized house, with your very own swimming pool as cheap, or cheaper? We will be back!
